    鶏胸ひき肉         250g
    カットベーコン       70g
    卵(鶏団子に入れる)    1個
    酒(スープに入れる)    大さじ1
    粉末スープの素(シャンタン)大さじ1
    粗挽きコショウ       少々
    塩             小さじ1
    バター           大さじ1
    片栗粉 (鶏団子に入れる) 大さじ1
    酒(鶏団子に入れる)    小さじ1
    塩(鶏団子に入れる)    一つまみ程度
    水             1000ml
