    【Recipe for 2 servings】
    ・マグロ tuna – 1 block
    ・アボカド avocado – 1
    ・生食用卵(namashokuyo-tamago)- 2 raw eggs for raw consumption
    ・のり(nori) seaweed – little
    ・醤油(shoyu) soy sauce – 2 tbsp
    ・みりん(mirin) rice wine – 1tbsp
    ・料理酒(ryoorishu) cooking wine – 1 tbsp
    ・ごま油(gomaabura) sesame oil – little
    ・レモン汁(remonjiru) lemon juice – little

    🍳If you are living in a country where raw consumption eggs are not common, make sure to get pasteurized eggs!

    🐟For raw tuna, ask fish section at a supermarket if they have fresh fish that is okay to eat raw.
