    This is my go-to high-protein tofu poke bowl that’s quick, healthy, and honestly better than takeout. Perfect for busy days when you want something aesthetic, filling, and easy to make at home.

    Ingredients:
    * 1 cup cooked white rice
    * Firm tofu (cut into cubes)
    * 1 tbsp olive oil
    * Mushrooms (sliced)
    * 1/4 onion (sliced)
    * 1/2 avocado (sliced)
    * Fresh tuna
    * Japanese soy sauce
    * Furikake

    Instructions:
    1. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook tofu cubes until golden and slightly crispy.
    2. Add mushrooms and sliced onions, cook until soft and fragrant.
    3. In a bowl, add warm rice as the base.
    4. Top with tofu, mushrooms, onions, fresh tuna, and avocado slices.
