How To Make Kale Chips – The Healthiest Snack Recipe
http://excuseproof.com – Learn how to make kale chips with this quick and easy. Kale chips are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and are extremely addicting once you try them even for those that typically don’t like leafy greens and kale.
I recommend Curry spice for the incredible health benefits of Turmeric, one of the world’s healthiest spices which adds a nice “cheesy” flavor.
Directions:
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes on 200 degree OR 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Spice them up with:
– UNREFINED salt (pink Himalayan salt, Celtic sea salt, Redmond salt).
– Cayenne Pepper
– Garlic powder
– Organic ghee, butter, coconut oil, or olive oil
– Your favorite spices
– Vinegar

I love kale, thank you for sharing, will try this and they look scrumptious 🙂
I really prefer your way of making Kale chips. I had a hard time getting the kale chips just right. It is a lot faster in preparation time, and they still have a lot of great flavor and crunch. Really yummy so thank you!
I will make this recipe, I know it will taste great
Tried this tonight. Gross
I just try it and my hand where a bit to heavy on the seasons 🙁 but I will try it again. Great video ^_^
Just a tip, put the seasoning after ,if not it will take out some stuff that makes it takes good
Your video was very informative, thanks for sharing.
I love kale chips 🙂
I'll definately try this. I'll buy the kale fresh though. Exactly what type of kale is he using. There are many kinds.
Looks like he took a rip from the bong before making these.
Great video, love the no oil aspect.
All the irrelevant health advice really wasn't necessary for how to make kale chips.
you get a THUMBS UP, very educational video lol 🙂 your darn right about TUMERIC
Educational for fitness and health as well love it!!!!
bro shut up and cook it
I was afraid to put tumeric on mine only cus it's a very overwhelming spice to me…does it taste really strong? I'm open to trying it on them, I'm just nervous I'll ruin the batch if I do it wrong. XD
Ever try this in a smoker?
Great video!! I loved the all the health information you gave! It was an unexpected bonus, now I'm going to have to get me some curry powder!
Thanks for all your hard work to get us great info.
Nice video. Good info.
Thanks for this great recipe. Have lots of kale growing wild in my garden and did not know what to do with it all. You gave me the perfect idea what to do will all my kale that will be frost bitten in a little while.
I've only ever made this with olive oil spray and a tiny bit of table salt. this sounds so much better! I even liked how you cooked it on low. On high, I inevitably have a couple burnt ones. besides, I've been looking to find more ways to use turmeric, so that's an added plus!
thanks for putting this out there!
Thanks for all the great information, whilst keeping it simple~
Love it 💘
Can i use white distilled vinegar ?
Try Everglades seasoning. You will find it online. You can get it without MSG, don't use MSG in anything, but it's outrageously delicious. We don't eat any meat but fish, but it is something else.
Even though it's in a bag sealed you should still clean the kale and then let it dry a little
I think you just cremated it,r I p kale
Yes, lastly the black pepper amplifies the tumeric!
Do 100° for a longer x
(undwe 118° 4 raw)
Dude you forgot to add the oil that's why all you seasonings fell off
I use a little salt, garlic powder, a little lemon juice, parm. cheese and a little olive oil.
