What I love about Japan is the countless options of food to go at convenience stores. It always looks so delicious and you can tell it's made with love.

And they need to add more sauce for the croquettes, plus for the boneless wings.
And we don't have anything like those buns here in the US that I am aware of. At least not in my areas of Texas, Missouri or Arkansas. But it looks sooooo good. soft with what appears to be a delicious filling. For a second I thought you had a breakfast pizza. There are a few of the convenience stores/gas station's here that has breakfast pizza. Eggs, cheese and either sausage or ham on a pizza crust. I normally get 2 of them and a quart/liter of milk. And I don't think I've ever had corn or teriyaki sauce on a pizza. I think I'll have to give it a try.
Those baguettes remind me of kolaches. About 2 miles from my house, the corner gas station sells kolaches, with the bread wrapped around ham that has been rolled up with either swiss or cheddar cheese. I think they also have one with american cheese, but I prefer the swiss or cheddar myself. They also have sausages, beef, pork, chicken and turkey, wrapped in the bread rolls, also with or without cheese. Those I need some sweet baby ray sauce for.
I don't think I've ever had a chocolate croissant. I have had cheese, blueberry and strawberry ones though. Where they stuff cream cheese and fruit/berries in while they are still warm out of the oven.
The breading on that chicken looks almost like it's based on tempera breading. Does it have that taste? Or is it something different?
The Ham Katsu needs some dipping sauce. Like Mesquite or Hickory barbeque sauce, or maybe lager beer sauce. I don't think an IPA sauce would go good with it.
Everything goes better with cheese.
I wasn't familiar with horse mackerel so I looked it up. I didn't know that were that many different types of mackerel. Here we either get jack mackerel from the Pacific or Scad mackerel from the Gulf and Atlantic.
They need to offer you more dipping sauces to enhance the karaage. The sauces can make a good meal/snack and EXCELLENT meal or snack.

Everything looked really good! I want to try mentico spicy fish roe so bad but, they don't sell it heređą. Wish out convenience store sold food like you all have. We are stuck with pizza, hot dogs and other trivial cooked food stuffs. Most non appetizing. Don't come to America if your looking for great convenience store foods.
I hyped your video. Everything looked delicious but the mini pizza was my favorite and also the Famichiki products. They always look so meaty and delicious. The sweet potato balls were interesting and had a lot of filling. Thanks for sharing!
