Crispy Snap Peas with Creamy Tofu Sauce (Japanese Shira-ae)
Crispy Snap Peas with Creamy Tofu Sauce (Japanese Shira-ae)
[Introduction]
A perfect side dish with addictive textures!
This is “”Western-style Shira-ae”” (Tofu Salad) made with Sugar Snap Peas.
The contrast between the crunchy snap peas and the smooth, rich tofu cream is irresistible.
By adding sesame paste and lemon, it tastes rich like cream cheese but remains light and healthy.
Just blanch the peas and toss them in the sauce.
Ideal for meal prep or a quick nutritious side dish.
