I don’t have a drop lid so instead I always use this So, into the boiling water put in the fish *splash* *spoon dropping* blanch it for a short while the pretty pink fish has died Then, into ice water put the fish into ice water [I was supposed to film myself cutting the daikon peel off… Unfortunately I won’t be able to show you my grand cutting technique.] Before you boil the fish I think you’re meant to put a little bit of soy sauce in sorry about that The daikon has slowly gotten to this nice texture so into this we’re gonna put some sake in around 3 tablespoons maybe? one two three two tablespoons of sugar one two then, we’re gonna put in the fish we boiled before from here, we’re gonna put the drop lid on drop lid~~ I don’t have a drop lid so instead I use this bowl like this [I didn’t have a drop lid or aluminium foil so I’m using this ceramic bowl instead.] It’s been about 7 minutes so soy sauce and… and.. soy sauce… about 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce one tablespoon of mirin Then, boil it once more this is the home stretch hotー I swear I’m being careful When you boil it the amount of soup decreases so about this much will be left that’s gonna stain… if you turn the heat too high, will it turn salty i wonder like oden tell me in the comments i’m going to leave it to cool like this if you watch it too much it’ll turn salty THE TASTE IS WEAK I’m waiting for the buridaikon to soak in the flavour but I wanted to come out what does that mean.. Buridaikon I haven’t tried it even once up until now but I thought the flavour was a bit weak but if it soaks into the daikon would the flavour get stronger? though I wonder if it will be good even with just a simple flavour it’s soaked! Cheers! ahh, delicious today I was thinking of eating rice and miso soup but today I’m in the mood to drink beer so I didn’t make any rice well, if the flavour is a bit too weak I think it’s a good idea to leave it to soak a little longer but I’m hungry so… itadakimasu my first buridaikon it’s like oden tasty wahh, delicious though the flavour was a little weak before… it’s good At home how should I say it I dress roughly like this today, my mum for summer look at these, she made me these these elastic shorts isn’t it cute? I choose to dress like this I made this to go with my beer it’s the best there’s a bone bone i’m happy it’s tasty the fish is so good it was cooled just right and the weather’s good so I’m happy I also didn’t sweat much in the kitchen how nice delicious it’s almost October is it…
