かぼちゃをチンして焼くだけで、ほくほく甘じょっぱく仕上がる簡単おかずです🎃
麺つゆで味が決まるので、調味料いらずで失敗なし。

【材料】
・かぼちゃ…250g
・片栗粉…大さじ1と1/2
・米油…大さじ2
・麺つゆ(2倍濃縮)…大さじ2
・白ごま…適量
💡麺つゆの種類別置き換え
・2倍濃縮→大さじ2
・ストレート→大さじ4(約60ml)
・3倍濃縮→大さじ1と1/3(約20ml)
※塩気を控えたい場合→どの濃縮でも水 小さじ1〜2を足して調整してください

🥣 Ingredients (Serves 2)
• Pumpkin … 250g
• Potato starch … 1 and 1/2 tbsp
• Rice oil (or any cooking oil) … 2 tbsp
• Mentsuyu (2x concentrated noodle soup base) … 2 tbsp
• White sesame seeds … to taste
💡Mentsuyu substitution guide:
• 2x concentrated → 2 tbsp
• Straight (ready-to-use) → 4 tbsp (about 60 ml)
• 3x concentrated → 1⅓ tbsp (about 20 ml)
※If you want to reduce the saltiness, add 1–2 teaspoons of water, no matter which concentration you use.
🍽 How to Make
1️⃣ Slice pumpkin thinly and place on a microwave-safe plate.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 2–3 minutes.
2️⃣ Lightly coat the pumpkin with potato starch.
3️⃣ Heat rice oil in a pan and fry both sides until golden brown.
4️⃣ Add mentsuyu and let it coat evenly until glossy.
5️⃣ Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top and serve warm ✨
