ブロッコリーとツナのパスタ Broccoli Tuna Pasta

    How To Make Broccoli Tuna Pasta Ingredients (2 servings)
    ① 1 pack of frozen broccoli (200g)
    ② 200~220g of pasta (boil for 1 minute shorter than the specified boiling time)
    ③ 2 cans of Tuna (70g per can) 
    ④ 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
    ⑤ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    ⑥ Appropriate amount of salt and pepper, black pepper Put the frozen broccoli into a microwave-safe dish, flatten so that the broccoli do not overlap. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Flip the broccoli upside down, microwave for another 2 minutes. Cut the cooked broccoli into same sized pieces. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil , minced garlic into a frying pan, heat over medium heat. Add in broccoli when the aroma of garlic comes out. Saute until the garlic is browned. Add in 2 cans of Tuna. Add some salt and pepper, simmer for 1 minute to warm up the tuna. Add a ladleful of pasta water and mix well. Boil down the broth, add the pasta (boil for 1 minute shorter than the specified boiling time) , stir well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Yummy. Thank you for watching.

    材料(2人分)
    ① 冷凍ブロッコリー     1袋(200g)       
    ② パスタ           200~220g (指定時間より一分短く茹でる)
    ③ ツナ缶(70g)        2缶
    ④ にんにく         3かけ(みじん切り)
    ⑤ オリーブオイル      大さじ2 
    ⑥ 塩コショウ 黒コショウ  適量   

    作り方
    ① 耐熱容器に冷凍ブロッコリーを入れ、重ならないように平らに整えて、ラップをかけて600Wで3分レンチンします。 
    ② 取り出して上下返しながら軽くかき混ぜて、さらに2分レンチンします。
    ③ レンチンしたブロッコリーを同じ大きさにカットします。
    ④ フライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ2とみじん切りにんにくを入れて、中火にかけます。
    ⑤ にんにくの香りが立ったら、ブロッコリーを加えます。
    ⑥ にんにくに焼き色が付くまで炒めます。
    ⑦ ツナ缶2缶を汁ごと加えます。
    ⑧ 下味の塩コショウ少々入れて、一分ほど蓋してツナを温めます。
    ⑨ お玉一杯分のパスタのゆで汁を加えて、具材を乳化させます。
    ⑩ 煮汁が少なくなったら、指定時間より一分短く茹でたパスタを加えて、よく炒め合わせます。 
    ⑪ 塩とたっぷりの黒コショウで味を調えます。
