ほうじ茶と大納言の蒸しパンのレシピ・作り方

Hello! I ‘m Reiko Fujii, a cooking researcher ♪ This time I’ll introduce Hojicha and Dainagon steamed bread ♪ It’s a simple recipe that you can make without a steamer with a chewy and fluffy texture! See the summary section for detailed recipes! First, prepare the steamer. Spread the cloth and fill it with water, then cover it and boil it. Wrap the cloth around the lid to prevent water droplets from spilling. Sift the tea powder and baking powder together . Put the tea leaves of soy milk and roasted tea and simmer. This time, use a tea bag type that is finely crushed. Open the seal and put only the tea leaves and simmer . It’s about 3 minutes. When the flavor of roasted tea is firmly transferred to the soy milk, strain it with a tea strainer and transfer it to the bowl. Weigh the amount to be used and put it directly in the bowl . Add granulated sugar and white sesame oil and mix with a whipper. When the whole is mixed, add the flour and hold the whipper vertically and mix slowly in a circular motion. When the flour is mixed, add the tea leaves for the dough and mix. If the dough becomes glossy, it’s OK. Finally, add a big statement. Add 2/3 of the amount and mix the rest. It’s okay if you spread it all over ~ ♪ At the end, check with a rubber spatula to make sure there is no unevenness in the mixture, and the dough preparation is complete. Don’t forget to top it with ♪ Let’s steam it ♪ If it’s boiling, reduce the heat and then add the dough. Be careful not to burn it. Cover it and heat for 10 to 12 minutes. It’s steamed in like this ~ ♪ The flowers are blooming beautifully ♪ Turn off the heat and take them out one by one . When the rough heat is removed , take them out of the cup. This completes the steamed bread with roasted tea and Dainagon ♪ Well then, let ‘s have it ! Very fluffy! The scent of roasted green tea spreads softly and is delicious ~ ♪ The sweetness of the dough itself is slightly sweet, but Dainagon accentuates the sweetness and texture ◎ Steamed bread has a fluffy and chewy texture! It feels a little warm when served with hot tea ♪ It becomes a little hard when cooled, so if you warm it in the microwave a little before eating, you can eat it deliciously ◎ How was the steamed bread of Hojicha and Dainagon? Please try making it at home! Thank you for watching until the end! See you in the next video ♪
