【玉ねぎのチャンアチ(Pickled Onion)】の作り方💖with English subtitled
Welcome to Beauty-Healthy Korean Food channel! Today, I’ll make pickled onion. Let’s make it. Cut onions in half and divide it into eight equal parts. Place the onions in a storage bottle. Cut green pepper into small pieces and place in it Please omit those who are not good at spicy things. Next, make the pickled juice. Add 1/2 cup of sugar in boiling kelp soup stock (or boiling water), Add 3/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of sake and boil over high heat. When boiling, drop over low heat to remove bubbles. Turn off the heat after removing it and add 1/2 cup of vinegar. After adding the vinegar and mixing, pour the pickled juice into a storage bottle while hot. Keep the lid open until the pickles cool down. Leave at room temperature for half a day to overnight. After one night the water increases and all the onions are soaked in this way. Cool in the refrigerator and enjoy them! Refreshing pickled onions go well with meat dishes. It is delicious when eaten with pizza, pasta and Korean pancake. 3 onions

1 cup(200ml) of Kelp soup stock (water is also OK)
