Day 1Good morning☀️Today ‘s breakfast is rice balls, which I’ve been obsessed with lately, but I don’t have any fillings to put in them, so I made salted rice balls ^-^ I endured the heat and lovingly smashed them into balls . They look kind of ugly 🙃I sprinkled salt on both sides and covered the whole thing with seaweed today.I also prepared some quick clam miso soup.I was hungry so I used two rice balls, but they were huge! Simple things like this are the most delicious.When it comes to rice balls at convenience stores, I always get shrimp mayonnaise or boiled egg rice balls.I like shrimp mayonnaise not so much because I like the filling, but simply because it’s seasoned seaweed lol10 :30Today I’m motivated to exercise, so I’ll do some easy strength training.I used to go to the gym about five times a week, but I wonder where that motivation went… 12:00 I’ll make an open sandwich for lunch. The avocado has been sitting in the fridge so I’m worried it might be overripe. Today I’ll use a whole one. I ‘ll just mash it up. Once I’ve mashed it roughly, I’ll add mayonnaise and lemon juice , a cracked egg, and water. I’ll make a hole and bake it at 600W for 1 minute. I’ll spread butter on the toast and top it with plenty of avocado paste. I’ll put an egg on one slice and shrimp on the other. 🍤 salt, black pepper, olive oil てますね✨ English: Oil Pumpkin soup was also added 12:30 Eggs solidified after leaving it for a while (tears) Well, the taste shouldn’t change much… After this I’m planning to edit later today and then go out for a bit I don’t have anything that I absolutely have to do today, but it’s only been raining on weekends recently so I feel like it’s a waste not to go out on a nice day People who are moved by My Hero Academia → So I’m getting ready to go out The hand cream is something I bought at Oryan It has a white musk scent and costs just 500 yen Hand cream is a must-have for me I put it on all year round, not just in autumn and winter I wish autumn would continue so I can go out in this outfit forever… It’s already too short to enjoy autumn clothes, it’s been freezing lately With my plans done, I’ll edit a bit at a cafe before heading home ☕️ I ‘m coming home hungry Today I’ll make a rice bowl using beef and leftovers from the fridge First I’ll stir-fry the beef with garlic I’ll also add bean sprouts and pea sprouts They were almost drying out in the back of the fridge but I managed to rescue them ✨ The seasoning is simple, just oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper I don’t have any frozen rice left over so I’ll put in plenty of packaged rice on top Sprinkle with egg yolk and sesame seeds and it’s done! Side dishes bought at a Korean supermarket 20:00The name of this bowl is exactly “leftovers bowl from the fridge” lolIt was very tasty for leftovers and a great successSpeaking of which, I changed the interior a littleI wanted to change the interior as well while I was changing the rug… it feels like the house has gotten bigger so I like this one betterJust at this time a heart-pounding scene came on in a Korean drama lolI guess I need to recharge my heart every now and then🙃 22:00Doing skin care after a bathI’m addicted to watching anime or dramas all the time^^ My usual time to prevent swelling every nightI often get asked about staying in shape, and for the past 5 years I’ve been massaging my legs every nightLately I’ve been using a foam roller like thisIt’s become a routine and I can’t relax if I don’t do it lolDay 2I’m currently using a Gua Sha to reduce swellingI’ve also been doing a good job on my collarboneFor breakfast I had some pumpkin soup and French breadI still can’t accept the fact that it’s Monday🙃I wish it would be Friday already… I’ll suppress my unpleasant feelings and do my best to go to work~✊ 19:30Did a burglar break in? …It’s a mess, lol. I want to go after cleaning up in the morning , but the truth is, I don’t have time 😇 I should probably get up a little earlier. Cleaned up ✨ Before dinner prep, I have my usual snack time. I’ve got a second or third bowl of kinako mochi, my favorite Tirol dish. I get up and prepare dinner. I’ll make a salmon bowl, which is easy to make. I want to drink miso soup, so I cut the ingredients first. I cut them absentmindedly, but I made a mistake in how I cut them. I cut everything into small pieces, and cut the salmon too. I ‘ll make the miso soup first. I like the green onions crunchy, so I add them later. I ‘m making side dishes for my lunch box next to me, so I’ll make a salmon bowl in the meantime. I’ll use vinegar , sugar, and salt , and top with plenty of salmon , egg yolk, and green onions, and also add some leftover pea sprouts. The local miso is so delicious that I used to drink miso soup every day, but since I ran out, I haven’t made it for a while. The sound of deep-fried food next to me is actually fried horse mackerel for tomorrow’s lunch box 🐟 Two side dishes for my lunch box are finished ✨ 20:30 First of all, regular soy sauce and wasabi. After all, wasabi and soy sauce are the best combination for sashimi , and miso soup is also the best. I feel like akadashi goes best with sashimi . Not that I like akadashi because I’m from Nagoya! But I just prefer akadashi, and I like clam or mussel miso soup even more. I got tired of the flavor, so I added mayonnaise and changed the flavor until I finished it all ^^ 22:00 I drank a whole milk in one go after my bath lol. Today was another regular massage time. Lately, I’ve been using this roller to loosen up my muscles like this, and it thoroughly massages everything from the soles of my feet to my lymph nodes. It’s small and not too hard, so it doesn’t hurt and feels good. Since I do desk work, I also massage my shoulder blades and armpits. The Vibraing Roller Mini, this foam roller actually vibrates! I was originally using a different roller, but it was quite rough and painful, so I tried changing it this time. It’s delicious! It seems I still have time to use my dad jokes even after work ^-^ I’ll make my favorite dumpling soup. I always think about how strangely Korean food uses a lot of onions and green onions, right? A simple question I had while editing lol I ‘ll also make small rice balls. I’ll mix the tuna, sesame oil, mayonnaise, and gochujang thoroughly. It didn’t seem like there was enough, so I added gochujang. Put cheese inside. I put in string cheese so that it would stretch. Heat it in the microwave for about a minute. The only option left is to eat the remaining cheese. You can sprinkle Korean seaweed flakes on top. They get so hot that you can’t hold it and it falls apart completely ^-^. It was so hot that I just started putting the seaweed on, but I didn’t think about anything after that lol. I just endured the heat and pushed through, but it didn’t look like I expected 🙃. I wanted it to look like a black ball, but it just turned out black and mushy ^^. I made tuna mayonnaise with the little bit of tuna I had left over, and the soup on top is finished with salt, pepper and sesame oil! I forgot to take a video, but I also sneaked in my favorite glass noodles . 9:00 PM I was planning on making it a little cuter 🙃 Maybe I should have used torn Korean seaweed instead of flakes, but I’ll try again someday to make it look better ^^ ♪ (My phone battery was dead so I used a different camera, so the quality isn’t great 💦) By the way, the cheese hardened while I was doing something else 🙃 The bibigo dumplings absorbed the moisture and became extra large lol They’re big and have my favorite glass noodles in them, so I’m stocking them up 11:00 PM Today I’m loosening it up while sitting down, and it feels so good I could probably keep editing like this lol And I can’t stop using my smartphone before bed either.
