Intermittent fast is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It does not specify which foods you should eat, but rather when you should eat them. It’s not a diet in the conventional sense, but more accurately described as an eating pattern. Common intermittent fasting methods involves daily 16 hours fast or fasting for 24 hours twice per week. Intermittent fasting can be as simple as, extending that fast a little longer. You can do this by skipping breakfast, eating your first meal at noon and your last meal at 8 pm. Then you’re technically fasting for 16 hours every day and restricting your eating to an 8 hour eating window. When you combine keto diet with intermittent fast, that is when you get the best result. With intermittent fast you can skip breakfast or dinner based on your convenience. Some important tips from ida’s kitchen. Drink plenty of water. Try to have your dinner at least three hours before bed. Avoid carbs and sugar. Try to have a brisk walk for 30 minutes. Health is wealth. So let’s make it a priority to take care of our health. It helps in cell repair oxidative stress and Inflammation in the body is reduced. Beneficial for heart health. Studies have shown that it prevents cancer.
