短い秋を美味しく楽しむ穏やかな朝の時間/パン作りとかぼちゃのバスクチーズケーキ

The mornings and evenings are now quite cool, this morning, I started my day by making bread I’m going to bake some simple bread for tomorrow’s breakfast. After putting all the ingredients in container, I’ll set it in the bread maker. There’s about 15 minutes left until the kneading bread dough is finished, so I’ll do a quick clean. Once the kneading is finished, I’ll remove it from the container and re-form it into balls. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out, and let it begin the first rise. It will take about 40 minutes at this time of year for it to double in size. While I’m waiting for the first rise, I’ll make some kiwi syrup. I’ll cut the kiwi into small pieces and prepare the same amount of rock sugar as the cut kiwi. My daughters love kiwi syrup, and I often make it. Even though they don’t like yogurt, they eat a lot of it when I pour this syrup on it. It’s also delicious and recommended to mix it with carbonated water to make juice. Finally, I’ll add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Place it in the refrigerator and it’s done when the rock sugar has dissolved. The bread dough has risen nicely. Remove the dough from the bowl and cut into 8 equal pieces. After rolling it into balls, let it rest for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, release the gas and roll it into balls again. Let the dough rise for the second time until it is 1.5 to 2 times its original size. While I’m waiting, I will have lunch. Today’s lunch is my recent favorite galette. First, make the salted koji mushrooms to put on the galette. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add about 2 teaspoons of salted koji. Autumn is the season for delicious mushrooms. Picard’s frozen galettes are easy to bake, place the galette, cheese, and egg in a heated frying pan with oil, then quickly fold in the four corners to prevent burning. Then, top with the prepared ingredients. I tend to make simple lunch, when I war alone. But sometimes, when I make something I really want to eat just for myself, I feel my heart is filled. The salty flavor of the salted koji mushrooms and prosciutto is delicious. the bread’s second fermentation is almost complete. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180° for about 15 minutes. I have a little something to look forward I’m looking forward to eat them in tomorrow morning! I stopped by the flower shop on my way home from work. This week I chose a small bouquet in autumnal colors. I’ll taking a break before I cook dinner. good thing about knitting is thatI can make progress little by little in my spare time. I decided to knit cute patterned room socks for winter. I’ve only just started knitting, so the pattern isn’t very clear, but I’m looking forward to them turning out to be really cute socks. I want to stay warm at home this winter wearing the finished socks 🧦 This morning the sunlight is soft. these days, I often see autumn seasonal vegetables at the supermarket. Today I’m going to bake a pumpkin Basque cheesecake. After removing the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in microwave for about 2 minutes. that will soften the pumpkin and make it easier to cut. ☺️ Place the cut pumpkin in a heat-resistant bowl and cook for a further 3 minutes in maicro wave. The pumpkin is ready when it’s soft enough that you can easily insert a bamboo skewer into it . Put 1/4 of a pumpkin and cream cheese in the container of a mixer, Add 200g granulated sugar, 100g, 2 eggs, and 200ml cream. Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake for about 30 minutes. The pumpkin has a wonderful, piping hot aroma. Let it cool and then chill in the refrigerator. It’s time for a snack I’ve been looking forward to. I love using Arabia’s Black Paratiisi in the fall. I bought this as a gift for myself shortly after giving birth to my eldest daughter. She will turn 10 yeas old in this weekend. Even after 10 years, It’s still my favorite dish and it’s a special dish for me. The gentle sweetness of the pumpkin is delicious. I think my daughters will be happy when they come home. Thank you for watching until the end.
