Thank you for watching today♡ This is Miyu. Today, I’ll be eating mozzarella cheese♪ Chewy and bouncy. Just cheese alone might seem like a strange menu, but I think everyone dreams of eating a mountain of cheese at least once♪ I heated up 800g of mixed cheese with 80% mozzarella until it was hot and melty. Milky. A flavor that anyone can enjoy♪ What I love about mozzarella is that it’s easy to eat and super stretchy♡ It’s stretchy and chewy, so it’s hard to eat, but I’ll enjoy it anyway♪ A squishy texture♪ This unique chewiness is addicting. Thinking back, I might have never eaten only mozzarella by itself. I feel like I truly understood the texture of mozzarella cheese for the first time. Even by itself, it’s delicious enough♡ I didn’t season it, but it’s salty and rich. It’s milky and rich, but somehow refreshing to eat—so mysterious. If you don’t usually eat cheese, mozzarella might be the best one to start with♪ Margherita pizza with lots of mozzarella is so good♡ Today I just couldn’t resist my craving for cheese, so I prepared this much. The cooking method is just microwaving and stirring. It’s an easy snack or side dish, so try it out♪ It looks like just cheese today, but… There are noodles too♡ Buldak Bokkeum Myeon♡ Kind of like a last flavor twist. This might just be the ultimate cheesy Buldak Bokkeum Myeon lol Today’s drink is bottled cola♪ With mozzarella, I sometimes don’t know when to swallow♪ That tends to happen with chewy foods. Like horumon (offal)♪ Finally starting to be able to chew through it! Look how stretchy it is lol A bit of noodles are in my mouth too, but all I can taste is cheese. The strong flavor, presence, and most of all the sheer amount of cheese is crazy lol But since I craved cheese, I’m satisfied♪ I’m starting to taste the Buldak flavor now♪ From here, it’s just regular Buldak Bokkeum Myeon with lots of cheese♪ Spicy! Delicious! After tons of cheese, the spicy Buldak tastes as good as eating ramen after lots of sweets♡ Not that I’ve actually eaten ramen after lots of sweets before. But it must be delicious, right? You get it. Everyone, cheese is a must when making Buldak Bokkeum Myeon♪ If you’re not good with spice, you might need milk too. Also, I don’t have it today, but pickles go really well too.
