welcome back to my Series where I’m showing you how to make easy and delicious high protein dinners in under 20 minutes using ingredients from Trader Joe’s today we’re making Mediterranean inspired salmon bite bowls we make salmon in the air fryer at least once a week it’s just so quick and easy the salmon comes out perfectly every single time I highly recommend and then we pair it with a nice crunchy salad there’s some olives in there cucumber Dill I use a rugala you can really use any lettuce that you’d like and some feta and pistachios we are also going to add some of these Greek chickpeas in Tor Bowl they’re very delicious again from Trader Joe’s and a nice little added side of protein top it with your salmon bites some more feta cheese and there you have it
