    everyone welcome to Korean happy this is sojukeron today I wanted to share with you how to make oatmeal okonomiyaki I think you have all the ingredients available it’s a quick and easy satisfying gluten-free economic idea I hope you like this video and I hope you can try it out here are the ingredients [Music] you need oatmeal you can use raw dots Dashi powder and water foreign [Music] medium for about a minute and a half you need cabbage at the oatmeal you just microwaved chopped green onions sacrediabi or any condiments are okay add one egg then mix well until the Cabbage gets wilted [Music] heat cooking oil in a frying pan spread the butter in a circular shape [Music] Place pork meat on top cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes then flip it over cover and cook the other side for another 5 minutes until golden brown [Music] by the way you can make okonomiak sauce from scratch you need 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce two tablespoons of ketchup 1 teaspoon of sugar serve in the plate and arrange the toppings okonomiyaki sauce [Music] mayonnaise katsubishi Bonito flakes our nutty green labor and now it’s done I have many other okonomiyaki ideas I have a playlist on my channel so please check it out and also for the oatmeal recipes thank you very much for watching I hope you enjoyed this tutorial [Music] bye [Music] bye bye [Music] [Applause] [Music]

    Ingredients:
    30g (1oz.) oats
    100ml water
    1/2 tsp. Kombu Dashi powder *other soup stock powder is OK https://amzn.to/3NArFF2
    100g (3.5oz.) shredded cabbage
    15g (0.5oz.) chopped green onions
    1 tsp. Sakuraebi (dried small shrimp) *if you have is OK https://amzn.to/3DHuD6p
    1 egg
    50g (1.8oz.) thinly sliced pork rib *bacon is OK
    cooking oil
    * Okonomiyaki sauce
    * mayonnaise
    * Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
    * Aonori (green laver)

    Okonomiyaki Sauce from scratch (about 2 servings):
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or Tonkatsu sauce) + 2 tbsp. ketchup + 1 tsp. sugar (or agave syrup)

    Directions:
    1. In a large microwavable bowl, mix oats, Dashi powder, and water. Microwave at 600w for 1.5min.
    2. Add egg, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, and Sakuraebi (or any condiments are ok), then mix well until the cabbage gets wilted.
    3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Spread the batter in a circular shape, place pork meat on top, cover, and cook on low for about 5 minutes. Then flip it over, cover, and cook the other side for 5 minutes until golden brown.
    4. Serve on a plate, and arrange the toppings.

    2. I'm interested in trying this version! For gluten free, I usually mix a little bit of rice flour with the egg and add a bit of water, then add my cabbage and some imitation crab, and seasonings. The Oatmeal would be good for added protein and Fibre. Thank you!
