We’re closed for the day , and tomorrow is a holiday, so I came to the supermarket with enthusiasm. Wow, it’s been a while! It’s cheap, so I’ll buy some ! I got home safely. The dogs are home-feverish . First, I’ll clean up a bit. I was so excited that I bought some Shine Muscat grapes. I washed the Shine Muscat grapes with the vegetables I wanted to eat, and prepared some carbonated water. Of course, I started tasting the Shine Muscat grapes . The fresh, refreshing taste is amazing. It’s been so hot, I’ve been craving water . This is the perfect fruit to eat before bed. I think this refreshing juice goes well with beer. It feels like a fresh breeze (?). I want to keep eating it, but I also want to start drinking in earnest, so I’ll get ready. Today, I’ll be putting the shrimp from Costco to good use again. I’ll defrost as much as I can. While I’m defrosting the shrimp, I’ll process the garlic. Garlic has been getting expensive lately, so I’ve been hesitant to buy it, but I really can’t go wrong with garlic! It was expensive, so the garlic was firm. I was able to harvest 5 cloves of garlic. Next is avocado, which I haven’t had in a while. It’s a soft, ripe avocado. It’s hard to peel, but it looks delicious. I’ll cut off any slightly damaged parts. The cream cheese block is hard… I wonder if it will work. I’ll stuff the cream cheese into the hole of the avocado with a lot of it . I’ve been completely immersed in cream cheese since the salmon cream cheese . I’m not sure if I’ll be able to cut it properly… It tends to stick a little, but I’ll manage to cut it somehow. It’s cut nicely , so I’ll line it up. It ‘s a little tightly packed, but here it is. Salt, pepper, honey, lemon juice. It looks like a small melon. Now that it’s thawed, I’ll make shrimp. I’ll seal it with water-dissolved potato starch and then my first spring rolls are done. Spring rolls are now sold as hot service at convenience stores. I used to eat spring rolls every time I went to Toontown at Disneyland without fail , and those also had a unique filling . They came in egg & shrimp and pizza flavor, and I recommended the pizza flavor but it had run out before I knew it. 🥲 I noticed from the start that I wasn’t using enough filling. The ice-cold beer soaks into my mouth . The garlic is starting to taste good, but I have to eat the spring rolls while they’re still hot. The savory sound of the batter is pleasant to the ears. With each bite, the flavor of the ingredients spreads slowly in my mouth . The avocado, which I made first but kept you waiting, needs a little more salt. It was very easy, but it has a complex flavor with sweetness and saltiness and is delicious. It doesn’t seem to go well with wine, so I’ll just have beer. I could eat this avocado forever. I’ll also add a little more flavor to the tomato pork belly and try it. The horinishi is also good. The tomato bacon was the main skewer, but when combined with the savory spices of this horinishi, it far surpasses the bacon. What about the garlic? I loved grilling garlic in oil with yakiniku. I thought spring rolls were only good if you made the filling for them, but I was wrong. Maybe they’re delicious no matter how many you roll them. When you wrap them and fry them, they’re all delicious. Fat and beer have always been good friends. I’m having a great day off. The day after I drink, I’m a little swollen, so much so that I can’t believe my eyes, but I can’t resist the happiness I’m experiencing now. So I will accept the swelling. I will spend the day relaxing watching YouTube. My evening drinks tend to get longer when I watch YouTube. The only thing I had was crab sticks. Crab sticks are pretty good too. Oh no, wow, the oyster sauce exploded, so I washed it. Oyster sauce, garlic, vinegar . Wow, it’s good! I had some leftover green onions, so I’ll add those and plenty of chopped green onions. I’ll wait for the eggs for a while . Finally, I’ll top it with kimchi. I like kimchi to have a crunchy texture, so I’ll top it off last. I’ll go all out to finish it off. I think this is the best dish I’ve made recently. This seasoning is great. The acidity of the vinegar, the strong flavor of the garlic, and the richness of the oyster sauce all come together really well. It’s not like the taste changes dramatically, but it really takes the instant ramen up a notch. I tried it because I wanted to eat something sour, but it wasn’t as sour as I thought it would be. It’s very well done. Adding a little more vinegar to make it more sour might give it a Sanratan flavor. Adding kimchi was also a good choice. It’s a slightly sour kimchi, so when you eat it, you can taste the sourness , and the sourness is just right. Lately, maybe because it’s so hot, I’ve been wanting to eat stir-fried noodles like Toowoomba, but this has a new flavor that keeps me going. It’s hot and I’m sweating a little, but I can’t resist the deliciousness. The hot pot the other day was spicy and delicious, but this time it’s so sour and I think it will help me cool down.
