[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] welcome back I’m Andrew telan with my Arlington TV and on this episode of Arlington eats we’re going haatt here at AI poke Bowl if you can’t make it to the main island yourself this is your next best option something that I always wanted to do that’s Kang vo owner and Chef here who wants to be the one introducing you to this poke it’s a salad made of raw fish and a staple of Hawaii those Pokey is marinated just like you’d find there everybody that tried poke would like it one of those reasons is the freshness the fish is handled carefully something you’ll taste and Save everybody that bite into it they can feel it the fat a fish you’ll find AI tuna spicy salmon and Yellow Tail just to name a few your base is either rice or salad and you get to add even more toppings to your bowl including crab meat and seaweed salad I can eat this stuff every day that’s a very very good feeling that’s a feeling that every Chef you know when you making something and people liking it they give you a very very good feeling you know like Miss and accomplish vo is originally from Vietnam who moved to Hawaii in 1988 at 15 as a refugee he’s here now with his family and chose Arlington because he couldn’t find much if any competition to be honest I see the potential of poke how he going to play a role on the food industry one more reason why Arlington to his family is the American dream City I always wanted to own a restaurant very good feeling for me selling something from the land that I love
