ヘルシードルマの残りの材料で作った料理 Cooked with the remaining of the healthy Dolmeh ingredients
Chop the eggplants. Instead of using oil, we use about 100 ml of water. Put the chopped eggplants into the water and cook it. Add in the remaining ingredients and cooked them on low flame. Wrap th lid with a piece of clean cloth and put it on top of the pot to steam the content. We cooked the remaining ingredients from dolmeh separately. You can eat it with tomatoes or with the yoghurt we made in our previous video. I am going to try it a bit. It is very delicious. Because we have used different vegetables, it is really good. You can taste parsley, coriander separately and at the end the taste of leek. It may not be possible to eat more while we are filming but I really want to eat it all. It is very delicious.
