Penne pasta with chanterelle mushrooms

Ingredients (2 Servings)
Chanterelle mushrooms 300gr
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
30gr of butter
Olive oil
250gr Sour cream
Pasta
Seasoning

Method:
Thoroughly wash chanterelle mushrooms, put them into pan and stir at medium heat till the water evaporates. Only after this add olive oil, onion, garlic and butter. Add salt and pepper. Stir 10-15 mins at medium heat. Add sour cream and stir another 3-5 mins.

Cook pasta, add it to mushrooms. Mix thoroughly, stir another 3-5 mins.

Serve with fresh parsley.
