Chicken thighs 500-600g (18-21 oz) Remove excess moisture. Remove the yellow extra fat. Make shallow cuts against the tendon. Lay with the skin up and prick with a fork. Cut each in half. Marinade ingredients (Please take a look at the description column.) Mix all. Let it sit for 30 mins to 1 hour. Coating ingredients (Please take a look at the description column.) Cut and crush a chicken broth cube to make it powder. Mix all but eggs. You could replace cardamom and allspice with your favorite spices. Oil for deep-frying Coat chickens with the flour mixture. Dip into the beaten egg. Coat again with the flour mixture. 170℃ / 338 F Deep-fry at 170℃ / 338 F for about 10 mins. At first, the coating is easy to peel off, so don’t touch it for the first two minutes. Turn over 3-4 times. In the last 30 seconds, turn up the heat a little to make it more crispy.
