    Ingredients for 2-4 :

    300g cooked rice
    Veggies of your choice

    Hamburger Steak (4)
    400g minced meat
    1/2 Onion
    1 Egg
    4 Tbsp Panko breadcrumbs + 4 Tbsp Milk
    1 tsp Salt
    Pepper
    2 Tbsp Ketchup

    Sauce:
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    4 Tbsp Ketchup
    3 Tbsp Tonkatsu Sauce

    150ml Water

      God, thank you for healing the land. Thank you that it is not what we put into our bodies that defileth a man but it is what comes out, this also applies to our mouths. God, I pray that we are forgiven. God, we bind the wiles of the devil and anything that we may have said or did that defile a person.
