平凡な夏の日常。暑すぎる日に作る3日間の献立🌻【14レシピ】

Zucchini discovered in the refrigerator Today’s miso soup features zucchini and tofu A rescue dish for the shriveled zucchini… Cut the zucchini into half-moons and add it to the pot Cut the tofu into cubes 1.5 tablespoons of dashi powder The tomatoes used for the salad are chilled in the freezer until very cold Make simmered okra Deep-fried tofu is briefly boiled in hot water to remove excess oil (Thick and delicious-looking deep-fried tofu~✨) Peel the okra around the calyx with a knife Sprinkle salt on the okra and roll it around The fine hairs on the surface are removed, improving the texture Wash the okra lightly with water Cut the aburaage into bite-sized pieces Ginger is julienned 180cc of dashi broth, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of mirin Once it boils, add okra, fried tofu, and ginger After simmering on medium heat for 3 minutes, it’s ready! “Chicken and Bell Peppers with Salted Kombu Ponzu” – A lot of bell peppers harvested from the garden 🫑 I think I’ll make it the main stir-fry 💡 Cut 4 bell peppers into quarters lengthwise and then cut them in half I’ll also add the leftover long green onion I’ll slice it diagonally into thin pieces It’s okay not to include green onions if you don’t have them◎ Cut the two chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces Removing the skin can significantly reduce the calories Of course, it’s fine to leave it on too 🦆 Once the meat is cut, coat it with potato starch (It was empty 🥲) Today I will substitute with rice flour About 2 tablespoons is a good estimate You can use potato starch or cake flour Spread 1 tablespoon of salad oil in the frying pan and cook the chicken When cooking meat with skin, place the skin side down while grilling Grill on medium heat for about 4 minutes, and when one side is browned, flip it over (Like this) Place the bell peppers and green onions on top Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 4 minutes Remove the lid, stir briefly, and add the seasonings: 3 pinches of salted kelp and 3 tablespoons of ponzu sauce Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish! The tomatoes 🍅 have gotten really cold in the freezer and are slightly frozen Remove the stem and slice them thinly Tomatoes are something I eat almost every day in the summer Today, I think I’ll eat it simply with wasabi soy sauce Bonito flakes About 1/2 teaspoon of wasabi and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce Mix it Simple Japanese-style tomato salad 🍅 completed Okra stew tastes better when it sits for a while and the flavors meld together 😋 Put the leftovers in a storage container for tomorrow’s enjoyment (Peaceke had escaped from the shed without anyone noticing.) Today’s meal was full of summer vegetables 🌻 The next day Good morning Wakame is the most energetic in the morning Summer vacation has started, and it’s a morning with more time than usual✊ I haven’t decided what to make today yet Let’s decide based on what we have in the fridge The vegetables that were in the fridge I will cut the nagaimo (Japanese yam) Leftover deep-fried tofu from yesterday Today’s miso soup is made with nagaimo and deep-fried tofu ^^ I forgot that I had green onions Cut it into pieces and add it to the miso soup Eggplant harvested from the garden 🍆 I will make quick pickles with eggplant and myoga Cut the two eggplants in half lengthwise and slice them diagonally into thin pieces Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt Leave the salt for about 15 minutes to draw out moisture Carrots will be made into a refreshing steamed dish with plum One carrot is sliced into thin strips using a slicer Today we had a meal full of summer vegetables 🌻 2 tablespoons of sake Place one large pickled plum on top Cover it and heat on low for 3 minutes^^ After 3 minutes, remove the lid, break up the pickled plum, and mix in the sesame oil A simple carrot recipe that’s perfect for summer♪ I think I’ll make a salted koji stew with pumpkin♪ I’ll take one quarter of a pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into bite-sized pieces Put it in a pot and mix in 2 tablespoons of salt koji Arrange them with the skin side down as much as possible, add 150cc of water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes Salted and rubbed eggplant should be quickly washed and excess water squeezed out Slice one myoga thinly If you have 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, adding dashi powder makes it even more delicious ☺️ The simple seasoning is accented by the flavor of myoga♪ Forgot to defrost, frozen salted salmon🐟❄️ Add 1 tablespoon of sake, cover, and steam-bake This way, it cooks very fluffy even from frozen! Flip it over and cook both sides😺 The pumpkin is also cooked♪ The miso soup is completed by dissolving the miso at the end The plate I made at the pottery class has arrived! 📦 The pottery class we attended as a family in April this year I was looking forward to its arrival since it takes a few months to fire 🥹 The coloring was done by the staff at the shop It feels really good! I don’t have a blue plate, so it’s fresh ☺️ This is a teacup made by my husband 🍚 It seems he made it for ramen, but it shrank quite a bit when fired 😂 My daughter also made keychains and chopstick rests It looks like making Japanese food is going to be fun again 🍚 Lunchtime has come in the blink of an eye My daughter is obsessed with Conan Lunch is soba. I bought it at Costco the other day 🙂 This is a nectarine I also bought at Costco I ate one yesterday and it was so delicious that I definitely want to buy it again next time “Okonomiyaki-style omelet” served with soba Crack and beat 4 eggs Heat salad oil in a frying pan, Add the eggs and start by mixing them vigorously Once it becomes slightly runny, fold it in half and then just shape it nicely. Haha It’s completed with sauce, bonito flakes, and aonori on top~ Since my daughter prefers sauce over ketchup, she often eats it like this I plan to eat soba with grated yam on top Boil the soba noodles according to the indicated time, wash them well, and drain the excess water Mix the attached sauce with water✨ Add ice too🧊❄️ The condiments are green onions and myoga Yam is rich in digestive enzymes, making it perfect for the summer when the stomach tends to weaken! Top it off with green onions, myoga, and shredded nori to finish~✨ Nectarines taste like a cross between peaches and apples I thought it would be sour, but it was not at all; it had a fruity and delicious taste 😌 (But I still don’t really know how to cut it properly 😅) You can eat it with the skin✨ I came to buy monaka ice cream for a snack 🍨 I couldn’t choose a flavor, so I ended up buying four kinds, haha There are a lot of raccoons I have to eat it before it melts 🍨 I bought four flavors: matcha, kinako, chocolate, and red bean This one is red bean flavor I will go home after shopping I bought meat for shabu-shabu 😄 Restocking potato starch before making dinner Vegetables to use First, I’ll quickly finish the preparation of the vegetables✨ Slice two cucumbers thinly and rub them with salt My slicer has been acting up lately… it’s faster to cut them with a knife 😇 Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt and let it sit for 5 minutes Take 3 eggplants, remove the stems, and make cuts in the skin This is the eggplant used for today’s main shabu-shabu salad✨ Steam the eggplant in the microwave 🍆 Place it in a heat-resistant container and heat in the microwave for 4 and a half minutes Cut 2 tomatoes into wedges 🍅 As long as the eggplant is soft, it’s fine 🙆‍♀️ Let it cool down. Quickly wash the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water 1/4 block of tofu, 1 pack of mekabu (plain), 3 tablespoons of ponzu Mix while breaking the tofu The combination of cucumber, mekabu, and tofu is It’s refreshing and perfect for summer! After setting aside a portion for the kids, I added myoga✨ You can increase the amount of tofu, and it tastes great as the main ingredient🤤 Main dish: ‘Steamed Eggplant and Pork Shabu Shabu Stamina Salad’ Boil water in a pot and add 2 tablespoons of sake Boil 330g of pork shabu-shabu meat The key is to boil the meat in batches while separating it✨ Pork contains a lot of vitamin B1, which helps in recovering from fatigue Helps generate energy and is effective against summer fatigue✨ Slice the eggplant vertically along the cuts in the skin Steaming it whole in the microwave makes it moist and tender♪ It’s also healthy since no oil is used◎ Arrange the eggplants in a round shape and place the pork shabu meat on top♪ Once plated, it’s time to make the sauce! 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 and a half tablespoons of sugar,
1/2 teaspoon each of grated ginger and grated garlic, and a suitable amount of sesame seeds This is an appetizing, addictive all-purpose sauce! (My daughter passionately talks about the merits of the notebook she recently bought. Haha) I’ll sprinkle some green onions for color♪ The green onions are scattered everywhere… It’s complete with a drizzle of chili oil 👏 A stamina menu that will quickly relieve summer fatigue✨ I will make roasted tomatoes Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the tomatoes The key is to cook them without moving them too much Once they have browned, sprinkle with salt and pepper Just mix it quickly and it’s done It becomes tender and delicious 😋 Lycopene in tomatoes is fat-soluble, so it is efficiently absorbed when cooked with oil Let’s eat! 🙏 I mixed the nuka bed and finished today’s kitchen work 🙂 Recently, I’ve been wanting to eat things other than nuka pickles, so I have a nuka bed that hasn’t been used for pickling anything I will resume again after a while 😀 I will make breakfast Today’s miso soup is with grilled bell peppers If you put the bell pepper in as is, it can be a bit bitter, but I feel that grilling it reduces the bitterness and makes it delicious 😌 I’m going to eat the tomato just as it is today 🤗 I’ll place the tomato on a new plate♪ The color is subdued and I love it I feel like even a regular tomato looks nice, haha Add the roasted peppers to the pot, and add the dashi powder and tofu, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes Green Bean Namul Remove the ends of the green beans and cut them into manageable lengths Green beans are rich in B vitamins and aspartic acid They are involved in energy metabolism and are recommended for relieving summer fatigue Added the leftover carrots Cut the carrots to about the same thickness as the green beans Cover with wrap (lid) and heat in the microwave at 600w for 4 minutes 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of sugar Black sesame seeds, to taste By heating in the microwave, it’s less likely to lose water-soluble nutrients like vitamins 😌 Cucumber, seaweed, and yam in vinegar dressing Smash the cucumber with a stick and cut it into bite-sized pieces 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar Yamato potato should be peeled and cut into appropriate sizes Put it in a plastic bag and hit it with a stick (Since it’s morning, hit it as quietly as possible…)(For some reason, I gradually start hitting harder, haha) Add cucumber, nagaimo, and wakame to the seasoning and mix In summer, I really crave things like this Two side dishes are ready♪ A branding iron I haven’t used in a while 🐣 I couldn’t do it very well, haha Let’s eat 🙏 Today, we’re planning to go blueberry picking with the family 🫐 Since it’s hot again today, we’ll make sure to take all necessary precautions against heatstroke ✊ Free rental straw hat👒 There are lots of blueberry trees! It seems there are more than 10 varieties 👀 Unlimited time for all-you-can-eat✨ I’m going to eat a lot! Since it’s organic, it seems you can eat it as is☺️ Choosing a deep navy blue one is sweet and delicious 🫐 I will seriously look around 👀 I will keep eating while picking, and also harvest some to take home ☺️ Freshly picked blueberries are very sweet and juicy🫐, and they have a slightly warm taste from the sunlight🫐 I feel like I picked and ate about 200 berries🥹 It’s strange how the more you eat, the more you want to eat. Haha But the heat is reaching its limit soon Plenty of blueberries for takeout✨ Here’s the fun after the harvest😄 It’s a cafe full of blueberries ☺️ I ordered a blueberry and milk soft serve 🍨 Deliciousness that makes you forget the heat ☺️ Added a blueberry smoothie to the order✨ It looks really rich and thick 🫐 The taste is just like blueberries, rich and flavorful 👀 It was very delicious with a moderate sweetness Blueberry Trivia I had a great time 😊 The little bird that came to see me off 🕊️ I wonder how I should eat all these blueberries 😄
