【料理】ビールと相性抜群!本格メキシカン「タコス」づくりに挑戦!

[Music] oh [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] um [Music] mexican food is so popular because there are so many mexican people okay so my family is from mexico oh i was born in san diego in california [Music] [Music] [Music] this is my first recommendation it’s a pineapple the name is tapachi is a fermented drink right so it’s popular in latin america [Music] it’s popular however this is a traditional drink and this beer is kind of like a homage kind of like thank you for that style made in san diego uh very close to where i live so i hope you like salad beer the weather today is a little bit rainy but maybe this girl makes you feel like you’re outside [Music] all right cheers yeah that’s true a little bit early drinking but yeah okay free lunch beer free lunch okay shall we good cooking yes please okay so first i’m gonna get my pot almost one onion three quarters okay and then we’re gonna put in some garlic garlic daddy we’ll put in two more [Music] two pieces no skin okay so skinless boneless very healthy um don’t know how much it depends how many people but it doesn’t matter for us what’s important is the touch so i’m going to show you we’re going to start some warm water a little bit warm and we’re going to put that in okay and now we have to go no gloves we have to do this maybe three four five minutes almost there almost there is see it’s starting to come together in one ball still a little bit sticky and it’s kind of like clay so it’s very soft not sticky now we’re very close there’s a test you can take it make a little ball and then if you squeeze it and there’s a crack it’s not ready okay but see there’s no crack okay so now we’re okay we’re going to cover and maybe 20 minutes okay 15-20 minutes let the water go inside i’m gonna wash my hands real quick here it’s not necessary so if you’re at home and you’re kind of you know rushing after work it’s okay you can cook now okay but it’s better if you wait and let the water go inside so now we have our chicken breast it’s nice it’s cooked juicy and we’re going to let this rest now we need our sauce sauce for the chicken tinga okay [Music] now we’re gonna do salt just about one okay we still have garlic or pork so we’re going to add four garlic okay that’s it hey and we have one this is our secret weapon this so remember a jalapeno the green jalapeno when you dry it okay you make it dry the name changes to chipotle what they do is they put these dried chilies in what they call adobo so it’s another sauce this is the adobo sauce and it has dried chilies and garlic a lot of flavor so we’re gonna use three because they’re spicy okay two three okay there is our chipotle and then last we need some chicken stock and then two spoons okay we’re going to do two okay so here we go we have about kohaku so we want one cup so this is our main sauce main flavoring for the chicken right so we’re gonna go four so we’re gonna save this put it here okay okay so we need two big thumb for and then just slices rice just a little bit thick is okay not too thick maybe medium so fast do you want to work here [Laughter] have you been to mexico before no not yet i want to go there you have to go it’s safe people think mexico is not safe but it’s safe people just go to tourist areas you know [Music] america it’s really beautiful culture though it’s very kind very warm everybody is so kind hugging affection loving and i really love that about that culture so let’s cook okay okay too [Music] good i love it [Music] okay and we’ll do 10 minutes so we’re going to check okay here we’re going to make one ball this i think is too big [Music] two choices yeah you can use like a rolling pin or in mexico they just use the hand okay so i have my first tortilla here yeah of course you can absolutely use a fry pan no problem temperature oil no oil no oil about medium high okay maybe 10 15 seconds 10 15 seconds so when our tortillas are finished we’re going to put them in here okay with the kitchen cloth just cover it so the steam is going to finish cooking and keep it soft is so maybe only two minutes then you’re okay okay that’s great yeah okay we did it yeah we have our plates okay [Music] that’s good for maybe um for me [Music] so we’re gonna do now um [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] okay [Music] [Music] and they make really nice beer [Music] has a little bit smoky flavor [Music] all right cheers [Music] like you

  7. チポトレとアドボソースの所もう少し詳しく教えてくれないと、再現できない。
    スーパーにチポトレもアドボソースも売ってないし、何かで代用できるのか、Amazonで買わないといけないのか。わかりにくい。
