    激務過ぎて
    昼間の営業は複数人いるのが見えるけれど
    どう考えても味を支えてるのはこの仕込みでは

  2. The Owner isn’t cooking, he’s just reheating what the older Gentleman spent time preparing. He may add a few fresh things to look on top of it but the older man is doing it all.

  6. I mean no disrespect to the owner, but i found the statement that the owner does the cooking a little odd. The first gentleman made, prepared n cooked all the elements of the menu choices. Then he waits tables n replenishes when needed. The next gentleman basically put the elements together and then heated n served. I've no clue to wages, but sincerely hope the first gentleman gets a wage that compliments his skills n workload. I really enjoyed watching this video. The first gentleman was a synchronised dancing robot, fantastic to watch. D 💜
