Sweet potato, unsalted butter, honey, salt, black sesame, This time, I will make it with these ingredients. First of all, one sweet potato weighs about 200 grams. Please use this one as a guide. And butter, I will use unsalted butter here. Use unsalted butter, as unsalted butter can be a little too salty. And then I add a little bit of salt to it. This will bring out the sweetness of the sweet potatoes and make them delicious. Salted butter has salt in it, so I think salted butter is fine, but salted butter is quite salty, so I recommend adding a little salt to unsalted butter. However, if you can only have salted butter, try making it without salt. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First I cut the sweet potatoes. Going to use the skin, so make sure you wash it and pat it dry. Now going to cut off both ends. Then I cut diagonally to a width of about 1 cm. The sweet potatoes are hard, so be careful not to cut your hands. Cut them like this. Now cut this sweet potato lengthwise about 1cm wide. Like this. Cut like this. Now cut the rest in the same way. Cut the sweet potatoes like this. Then put this sweet potato here in a bowl. It looks like this. Then put water in the bowl and let it sit in the water for 5 minutes like this. However, if the sweet potatoes are soaked in water for more than 5 minutes, they will lose their flavor, so do not soak them in water for more than 5 minutes. Five minutes have passed. Heat this in a microwave oven 600W for 3 minutes. By heating in this way, the moisture will be removed and the dough will become flaky and fluffy, and you can also save time. Now going to heat it up.
