トルコ食材で夏のごちそう、お疲れディナー|すべりひゆのサラダと自家製パンの食卓

Hello everyone. This is DUO MORITA. Yesterday was the last day of all the performances for this season, and today is the start of summer vacation. As always, the end of the season is a hectic time with all sorts of things coming at you. As a reward for having made it through safely, today is a delicious dinner to celebrate your tiredness. I went to my favorite Turkish food store. I arrived. Fresh fruits lined up in front of the store. Various kinds of melons, huge watermelons, berries, I got raspberries, and the store is full of vegetables, meat, ethnic seasonings, and more. Cucumbers are usually sold in Germany as very thick ones. I like the Japanese-style thin ones. Various kinds of tomatoes. You can choose according to the dish. This looks delicious… I think I’ll go with this one . There are also many kinds of zucchini. The Turkish store has a really wide variety of vegetables. I bought a small eggplant. This one is artichoke and okra. Okra can only be bought here. I’m happy. You can pack as much as you like into a bag. There’s a wide selection of onions alone. I discovered a strange vegetable here, it says port rak. I bought some to try . This is the chicken section. They have all kinds of chicken, including breast, thigh, bone-in, boneless, chicken wings, marinated chicken, liver, heart, gizzard, and more. Today I’m looking for 4 boneless thighs, and I’ll freeze any leftovers . The spice section has a huge selection, including curry, coriander, turmeric, oregano, and chili powder. I’m looking for powdered cumin, which I can put in bread or dressing to give it a slightly Latin flavor. Today’s purchases: raspberries, eggplant, cucumber, okra, tomatoes, one mango, chili powder, rock salt, chicken, etc. I was told that this rare Turkish vegetable salad is delicious. I’m going to make dinner with this right away . Today I’m going to make a Mediterranean-style menu to go with Turkish vegetables. First, I’ll put pâté on bread. This is my recent favorite. Grate the zucchini and drain it lightly. You can also chop it finely. Add olive oil to a frying pan and fry lightly. When the water has evaporated, it’s ready. Drain the canned tuna and add it, mixing well. Mash the avocado and add it, then salt, pepper, yogurt and lemon juice. Finally, grate the Parmesan and add it. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for a while. Next is the Portrake salad. I looked it up on the Internet and found that this vegetable is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, iron, magnesium and vitamin C, making it a vegetable with many benefits. Its Japanese name is subilai, and it is apparently available in Japan. Check it out at natural food stores. It is slightly sticky, but has a refreshing sour taste. Chop it to the desired length and put it in a bowl. It goes well with skewered tomatoes , lightly salted cucumbers, and mozzarella cheese. I’ll make the dressing. Now, today’s main dish is chicken with lemon and rosemary flavor. Heat olives in a frying pan and put the chicken in. At home, I use an iron frying pan to grill meat. It can be used almost forever, and I think it cooks extremely deliciously. Flip it over and when both sides are browned, cover it and reduce the heat to medium. Sprinkle wine and leave it. When it’s half cooked, add rosemary, rock salt, and pepper. Then remove the lid and cook until crispy. To finish, lemon juice looks really delicious! Add a little lemonade juice and lemon peel, turn off the heat, and cook it through with the residual heat. Take the pate out of the refrigerator, chop up some basil, and mix it. Add the dressing you made to the salad, mix it, and finally add coarsely ground pepper. The meat is grilled well and I want to write today. This is my favorite corner. Today, the food from this Turkish restaurant was some really tasty cabbage leaves… I forgot what they were called. They told me the name. Yes. They’re a little sticky and delicious. And you baked this bread, right? It was actually baked by a machine… And then there was the lemon-flavored chicken and rosemary, which all looked delicious. And then you made a dip, see ? Dip. You put this on the bread and ate it , thank you for your hard work. Ah, it’s delicious. Delicious? Hey! Ah… Wow, it’s delicious, these leaves are delicious, aren’t they? They’re a little, a little sticky. How was it? This season? Yeah, it was fun . I played at the castle and stuff. Yeah. I played Kaiserswerth too. Yeah. I’ll take a nice summer break… yeah. I’ll save up some songs and do my best next season…yeah. Yes, just one last thing. Haa~ German beer is delicious. Not like that. How was the food today? Vegetables are delicious, aren’t they? German vegetables are delicious, aren’t they? Let’s start eating. Here you go.
