Sweet and spicy ginger-yaki set meal at a coffee shop We came to Nakameguro because we heard a rumor that there is a delicious ginger yaki at a coffee shop. Go straight to northeast on Yamate-dori and turn left at the end of the street. Retro coffee shop “Lemon House”. New stylish stores are being built more and more, in Nakameguro I was surprised to find that there are still nice stores with Showa era atmosphere. My heart is shaken. The master makes a gentle atmosphere. A hearty ginger yaki with a fried egg on top. Onions with presence and sweet and spicy seasoning are very tasty. The rice goes on and on. A miso soup is also included. The store has a relaxing atmosphere that only a coffee shop can provide. You feel like staying there for a long time. Now let’s make the ginger-yaki set meal at Yonokichi Restaurant. Peel onion, cut in half, and slice thinly. The other half is going to be used for miso soup. Next, I will cut the pork into strips. Spread the pork, one piece at a time, into the muscle between the lean and the fat. A knife is used to make the incision. The pork should be a little thicker, so that it is more satisfying. Grate the ginger as the main ingredient. Grate the peeled ginger with a grater. Refreshing aroma through nose is soothing. Garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and mirin are added to ginger pomace. Mix thoroughly. Slightly thicker sweet and spicy sauce makes rice miss. Put rice oil in frying pan over medium heat. Spread and arrange pork pieces one at a time. Sprinkle onions on top. When browned to your liking, turn the whole thing over and turn off the heat. Cover and let sit for about 1 minute, until the meat changes color. Place pan over medium heat and add sauce. If overcooked, the meat will become tough. As soon as the sauce comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Rice is cooked deliciously today. When I say gingerbread, I mean pork ginger. 目の前で手際良く調理されて、出てきたのは
千切りキャベツとナポリタンの上に、たっぷり乗った豚の生姜焼き。
中目黒の喫茶店では、目玉焼きが乗った、
ボリューム満点の生姜焼きをいただきました。
よのきち食堂の生姜焼きは、少しパンチの効いた味付けに。
生姜とにんにくの香りで、ご飯が進む一品に仕上げました。
お味噌汁の具材はじゃがいもと玉ねぎ。
付け合わせは、ほうれん草のごま和え。
お腹が空いた日に、ガッツリ食べたい定食が出来上がりました。
