I’d like to take them out little by little whenever I want to eat them, and eat them on ice cream from now on. I’m going to make matcha pudding and chill it. Last week, I bought peaches because they were cheap, but they weren’t very sweet, so I’m going to eat them with sake lees raisins. I usually eat oysters raw, but tonight I’m going to try eating them with yam and oysters. I’m going to grill yam, white miso, red sake, sake lees, and oysters. I’m going to dissolve white miso, sugar, and water and spread it on top. I got some fresh rockfish. I’m going to grill it with salt, which I love. I sweat a lot. I’m going to get into relaxation mode early in preparation for work the next day. I clean the inside of the microwave with used bancha tea. I’ve achieved my goal of cleaning once a day again tonight. Even when you’re exhausted from work, if you try to move a little, your body may start moving on its own. A habit may start like that. When it’s so hard that you cry, you should take a rest, but at times like that, if you just take a walk, you can clear your mind and it’s surprisingly good. Recently, my friend has been refreshing himself by working in the fields early in the morning to avoid the heat. Home gardening also has a wonderful relaxing effect. That’s all for today. Ciao Fumiko come stai? Leggo che anche da te fa molto caldo, dove abito le temperature sono molto alte da più di un mese così come il tasso di umidità. Non piove da tanto tempo mentre in altre zone d'Italia tra nubifragi e forti temporali fa disastri. Nonostante il deumidificatore acceso la casa è calda. Anche Micia, la mia gatta, devo bagnarla spesso per evitarle il colpo di calore. Vedo tante cose buone, voglio provare a fare il budino con il Matcha. Ce l'ho ma lo bevo ogni pomeriggio, mai ho provato ad usarlo diversamente. Giovedì ho fatto spesa di frutta e ortaggi di stagione coltivati nella zona dove abito e quindi a buon prezzo 😊. Sono contenta di averti vista nuovamente e fai attenzione al caldo. Un caro saluto e un forte abbraccio, a presto cara Fumiko 😊.

Ciao amica mia, è dolce farsi cullare dalla dolcezza dei tuoi video. Sono molto rilassanti. Cara Fumi come stai vivendo questo periodo di gran caldo? Le mie uniche ore di sollievo del giorno sono le prime ore del mattino dove mi reco all'orto a fare qualcosa; anche tutti gli ortaggi stanno soffrendo crescendo poco anche se per me è un orto bellissimo; la prossima settimana le temperature dovrebbero diminuire. La mia zona che è semi montagna, sto a 710 mt di altitudine non è un posto dove nelle case c'è l'aria condizionata ma con l'aumento globale delle temperature ci sono sempre maggiori periodi di caldo asfissiante e quest'anno abbiamo già iniziato a giugno: in queste condizioni è faticoso fare ogni cosa, cucinare, mangiare, e specialmente dormire. l'estate è ancora lunga. Prima di questo video stavo ascoltando della musica. è da un po che volevo parlare con te di questo argomento e conoscere i tuoi gusti. Le nostre culture sono molto diverse e la musica credo abbia grandi divergenze. Ora ti provo a parlare in breve dei miei gusti. Da sempre fin da bambino ho amato la musica classica che può essere considerata universale; a questa con il tempo si è unito il piacere di ascoltare la musica lirica. Iniziando questo mio insolito viaggio verso il Giappone ho conosciuto il lavoro e la grandezza di un direttore di orchestra donna giapponese; non so se cononsci Nishimoto Tomomi. Mi ha colpito la sua determinazione di donna e di artista. Chiaramente i miei gusti non finiscono qui. Non ho mai amato particolarmente la musica italiana ad eccezione dei grandi cantautori italiani. I miei gusti erano rivolti verso la musica inglese degli anni settanta e ottanta. A qui tempi non c'erano molti modi per ascoltare la musica se non con la radio e i giradischi. Ora con internet ho colmato la conoscenza di quel periodo. Ad ogni età amavo di più un gruppo rock. Adesso e concludo mi sto appassionando di una piccola parte della musica giapponese che utilizzo per apprendere la vostra lingua. Vedendoti all'opera in casa la tua cucina è come una sinfonia di sapori e tu sei l'indiscusso direttore Spero di non averti annoiata Fumi cara, ti abbraccio fortemente 💚🤍❤
