Hello, this is komusubi. I am traveling around Japan by car. Today, I am with everyone’s idol, “Ponta”. We are currently in Nagano Prefecture. We will be staying for a few days, so we will make many memories in Nagano Prefecture. Ponta is still sleepy. There is something I definitely want to eat in Nagano Prefecture. When I ate it for the first time, I was shocked by how delicious it was. I’m going to taste that impression now 🎶 I came to buy oyaki . There are so many different types of oyaki that I can’t decide 📍 Shinshu pork wasabi 📍 Shinshu beef Nozawana . I was able to heat it up and eat it in the store . I’ve gained more oyaki friends 😄 There are only two places to grill, so let’s share and grill it. “Shinshu pork wasabi” is so hot that I can’t hold it. The pork is juicy and super delicious. The fat is dripping off. “Shinshu beef Nozawana” When I was eating, the staff gave me a balloon 😄 I’m only 147cm tall, so maybe they mistook me for a child? 😅The beef flavor is stronger than Nozawana, so if you want to taste Nozawana, you might be better off just ordering Nozawana.I recommend it for those who want a hearty meal.As expected, the oyaki is extremely delicious.Thank you for the meal.On the way back, I bought some Nozawana and pickles as souvenirs.When we returned to the car, he was sleeping comfortably in the air-conditioned car.💤I feel sorry for him, but I woke him up and moved on.It seems that Nagano Prefecture has a mythical rice (Hokushinshu Miyuki rice) and there is a lavender festival starting in June.I heard you can experience lavender harvesting.I would have loved to try that~ Ponta viewed from above looks like “Soybean flour ohagi”. Let’s line up the ohagi.They look just like them.😄I found a shop, so I came here.I’ll try ringing it.I wonder if they’ll come? 📍It comes with cherry blossom petal syrup and has jelly inside, which is delicious. I heard that the cherry blossom petals are edible, so I’ll try them. It tastes like sakura mochi, not kusamochi. I enjoyed an elegant tea time with Ponta. In the last video, I tried growing rice for the first time. I love rice, but I didn’t know much about the process of how rice is made. I realized that rice has a lot of depth!! I’ve come to love it again. I’m going to learn more and more about the charm of rice, and then I’m going to share it with everyone. 🍙What do you think of my farm work? Did it suit me? a sushi platter. And when you think of Nagano, you think of wasabi. The number one wasabi farm in Japan is the Daio Wasabi Farm in Nagano Prefecture. I’ve only had it on ice before. Put a little sugar on the grater and slowly grate the wasabi in a circular motion from the stem. The bitterness of the wasabi will be softened by the sugar, and the spiciness and aroma will be more pronounced. I’ll try it with komusubi wasabi. Wasabi made with love. The delicious tuna oil and the spiciness of the wasabi go perfectly together . I thought that sashimi is the best with wasabi, so I bought sushi. Do you eat your favorite first? Or do you save it for later and eat it last? The extra wasabi is delicious. Do you have a dog that refuses to get off the bed, but sticks to the ground and won’t move? Since it didn’t get off, I gave up and ate it myself. In the end, he started barking so I let him off . Ponta ate only the good parts and finished it 😅 Azumino Junmai sake, oink oink, toast. I slowly ate the mackerel with sake. It was a shame that I didn’t get to see the legendary rice today. It seems that my appetite has finally come back. It has a refreshing taste and is sweet and easy to drink. It’s been a while since I had sake, so I’m tipsy. I’m drunk and I’m going to mess with Ponta. Please forgive me, Ponta.
