・キャベツ 1/2
・しめじ 1パック
・舞茸 1パック
・ごま油 適量(大さじ2)
・粉末だし 1袋(6g)
・うどん 2袋
・お水 大さじ2
・ウスターソース 適量(3回しくらい)
・お好みソース 適量(2～3回しくらい)
