人気カフェ風♪究極のTKGで朝ごはん/カルディ購入品🫐で3日間の食卓

Today is a rice series that I wanted to try making. I would like to make fluffy meringue and egg-cooked rice , a popular menu item from the Kamakura cafe Yoridokoro . This is a very popular cafe with a great atmosphere and always a line of people. Today you can eat without lining up♪ (I can’t see Enoden from the window though 😅). First, a few side dishes. Sauteed pumpkin simply grilled with salt and pepper. Rice bran pickles are made with Japanese yam and radish. The new rice bran floor is gradually getting used to the taste ^^. Komatsuna gochujang namul, marinated purple cabbage. Then, grill the dried Atka mackerel to complete the side dish. Prepare fresh eggs for egg-cooked rice. Separate the whites and yolks to make meringue. At the cafe, I make meringue myself using a whipper, but at home I rely on civilization’s conveniences 🙏 (lol). Add meringue on top of the rice. Gently add the yolk and it’s done ^^. Place it on a bowl and imitate a cafe. Add dashi soy sauce and sesame oil little by little. Egg-cooked rice is starting to look like a delicacy🤤. I stopped by KALDI and did some shopping. KALDI is fun just to look around inside. Let me tell you a little bit about what I purchased. My husband likes these pink Maui chips, so I thought I was just stopping by to buy them… lol. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce some menus using these ingredients ^^. I bought green curry to have for lunch on my day off. The vegetables are paprika and eggplant. For my husband who loves curry, I made 4 servings so he can have a second helping. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Grill the chicken first. Once the chicken is browned, add the eggplant and paprika. Once everything is coated with oil, add the green curry soup. This is my first time using this kind of soup♪ I was excited because Roy Thai’s curry had good reviews. Then just let it simmer. For rice, I bought jasmine rice. If you use Thai rice for the rice, it will instantly become more authentic. Before eating, prepare a simple ethnic salad. Nampula, lemon juice, cane sugar. Mix the avocado and tomatoes. Place it on lightly drained firm tofu to make a chilled salad. Sprinkle with coriander and black pepper and serve. Ready ♪ Serve with curry. Topped with boiled egg and coriander. It’s quite spicy! delicious! . I was so happy to be able to make such delicious green curry in such a short time. Now I want to try other Roy Thai series as well ^^. I want to use Genovese sauce, but I’m not in the mood for pasta🤔. Today I will use soba noodles to make Genovese soba noodles. I’m looking forward to cold soba noodles this coming season. I love Shiso Genovese sauce so much that I make it myself♪ It’s delicious just by mixing it with soba noodles. Check the taste and adjust the saltiness. I think it would be even more delicious if I added some raw ham and whitebait that I had left over in the fridge. Add shiso leaves and it’s done. It’s very convenient to have this kind of sauce on hand. It’s soba noodles, but it looks like pasta, so I was wondering if I should eat it with chopsticks or a fork, and whether it’s okay to slurp it up… but I enjoyed it (lol). Today we’re talking about canapés, which can be eaten as a snack or as a snack. Cut the avocado and tomato into small pieces and use this Genovese sauce again today. A sauce that goes perfectly with salads ^^. And my favorite is crispbread. I think people who like oats and other grains will definitely like this ^^. Crispbread spread with cream cheese, one with boiled egg and prosciutto. The other is the Genovese dressing I mentioned earlier. I had it on one plate with a salad. Finish with black pepper and olive oil. The crunchy texture and aroma of crispbread is very delicious♪. Kaldi’s products change with the seasons, so you’ll never get bored.   4. 海外では生卵は食べられないそうですよ。卵もランクがあって一番高いものでも生で食べることはできないそうです。海外在住の知人が日本に帰ったら一番食べたいものはTKG だそうです。多分半熟とかもダメなんですかね。かわいそう。
