“mushroom risotto”. We always have mushrooms on hand at our house. I buy in bulk when it’s cheap and freeze it. Freezing mushrooms seems to increase their flavor👍. I’m going to make risotto using the shimeji mushrooms I bought in abundance. I also wanted to use up some leftover thick-sliced bacon. Melt the butter and fry the bacon. When it smells delicious, add the mushrooms. When it softens, add soy milk. (You can also use milk.) Add the leftover rice from breakfast and mix. The seasoning is Japanese-style with Yasumaru dashi’s “luxury roasted dashi”. Break the bag and add the powder directly. (About 1/2 bag for this amount per person). When the rice absorbs water and becomes thick, it’s ready ^^. Finish with parsley and black pepper. It’s very easy because you can determine the flavor with just one dashi stock♪ The “luxury roasted dashi” doesn’t use amino acids, so it’s good for the body. There is useful information in the summary column about Yamaru dashi that can be used on Day 1 and Day 4. Please take a look if you like ^^. “Kinpira burdock mixed rice rice ball.” Kinpira burdock that I made in large quantities in the previous video. (I pasted the link in the summary section 📝). Remake the rest to make mixed rice. Mix kinpira burdock, green onion, and sesame oil with rice. (If the taste is bland, adjust with salt or soy sauce here). Even if you make a lot of daily side dishes, you can make a few changes to make them fresh and fun to eat. “Natto rice and Daigaku sweet potato.” Today I suddenly wanted to eat Daigakuimo. I also have sweet potatoes, so I’m going to make them right away! . I made rice bran pickles about 2 weeks ago and almost forgot about them. It looks like it has matured and is delicious ^^. Wipe the water from the sweet potatoes and fry them in a little more oil. Once it’s cooked through, wipe off the excess oil. Cane sugar, mirin, soy sauce. Add the seasonings, mix with the black sesame seeds, and it’s done. It turned out crispy and flaky ^^. Natto with freshly cooked rice. For someone like me who loves natto, this alone is a treat🤤♪. To be honest, when I eat alone, there’s a high probability that I’ll have natto rice (lol). My friends also sympathize with me, so I guess all housewives are like that😂. “Nagaimo-yaki”. Grilled Nagaimo on the izakaya menu. I think there are many people who like it ^^. Easy and delicious grilled yam is even easier to make with “Best Seafood Dashi.” I’m going to bake it in a skillet. Heat thoroughly and coat with oil. Cover with aluminum foil and steam slowly over low heat. While it was baking, I made plum and shiso onigiri. It’s OK when it’s puffed up and the edges are golden brown. I was planning to mix the shrimp into the batter but forgot, so I ended up using it as a topping (lol). It’s so fluffy and light that you can eat as much as you want. “Mushroom namul bowl”. Make namul using mushrooms, one of the seasonal ingredients of autumn. Stir-fry with lots of sesame oil. The mushrooms we will use this time are enoki, maitake, and shimeji. Once everything is coated with oil, add the seasonings and stir-fry. Taste and finish with salt and pepper. Namul is also good as a side dish, so it’s convenient to make a large amount. Today, we will make a simple namul bowl. Served with seaweed, green onions, and kimchi.
