《料理vlog》さっぱりいただく🎐初夏のせいろ蒸し
Over the past few days, the temperature difference has been intense, and I’ve been complaining about my body being unwell 😇 Both my husband and I have been feeling a bit tired, so we’ve been making a lot of light dishes. Among them, I’d like to introduce a menu that is popular with both my husband and wife ✏️ Wrap chicken fillet in plastic wrap and pound it to make it flat. I didn’t have a rolling pin, so I had no choice but to pound it with a water bottle. I’m lazy… Season the meat with salt and pepper, shiso leaves , shredded pickled plums , and cheese. It’s convenient to roll the wrap like a rolling mat so that your hands and cutting board don’t get dirty 💡 Plums are useful for recovering from fatigue, and shiso leaves have the effect of increasing appetite . These are ingredients that I would like to incorporate into my daily life as we approach summer 😉 I stuck a toothpick in at the end of the roll so that the contents don’t come out . I really like the time it takes to arrange the ingredients ☺️ I hope it turns out delicious. The cross section is very beautiful 👏 It will look gorgeous in your lunch box 🍱 The combination of shiso leaves, plums, and cheese was great 😋 It’s refreshing and makes you want to eat several pieces. It also goes well with snacks… 🍺 Next time I will make more. I received a lot of souvenirs. Steamed yam is fluffy and delicious🤤 When I was little, my mouth would often get itchy from grated yam, so my mother would wipe it with a towel. I don’t know if it’s because my skin has gotten stronger that it doesn’t bother me as an adult. I cut the pork to fit its length. It’s slippery and hard to cut… I’ve been holding the knife more times, but I’m not getting any better… How can I cut it properly? It’s time to roll it🥩Yam KimchiThe stickiness of yam and kimchi help regulate the intestinal environment💡When I’m absorbed in cooking, I’ve realized once again that this kind of time is important to me. Today I’m going to make a salad by steaming broccoli and eggs together 🥦 Broccoli at this time of year often has bugs on it, so I’m going to wash it thoroughly. It ‘s pretty packed 😅 Recently, the outside of my steamer has started to crack, so I’m thinking about getting a new steamer soon. The next one I buy is made of hinoki wood, and I’m just imagining things. ☁️ I’m going to set the eggs in the gaps between the broccoli 🥚 The fat from the meat will fall to the bottom, so I’m going to set the meat rolls on the lower level. While waiting for the steaming to finish, I’m going to mix the salad seasonings. Mayonnaise, ponzu sauce , bonito flakes, ground sesame seeds . The good thing about steamed vegetables is that they are water-soluble and don’t lose their nutrients ☺️ It’s also great that you can enjoy the taste of the vegetables as they are 😉 I ‘m going to add the steamed eggs and mix them while crushing them. The nice smell of bonito flakes makes me hungry every time I mix them 😌 The pork also steamed nicely 🐖 The fat from the meat drips to the bottom, so you can reduce calories. The fluffy yam and kimchi are sure to whet your appetite. The salad, with bonito flakes and ponzu sauce, was also refreshing and delicious 😉 Next to be steamed is none other than seared bonito 🙄 It’s cheaper than raw bonito and you can get it anywhere. Originally, raw bonito is steamed or boiled and then smoked to become known as namaribushi. It isn’t smoked, so it’s just like namaribushi 😅 Cooking sake and ginger Wrap it tightly in kitchen paper It’s cooked all the way through I use chopsticks to loosen it up. I still ca n’t imagine what it’ll taste like and I’m not sure if it’s okay… I may have loosened it a little too much 😅 I tried three types: grated yam + ponzu sauce, vinegar soy sauce + ginger, and garlic + mayonnaise. The result was a landslide victory for the garlic mayonnaise! It tasted like high-quality canned tuna and was very delicious ☺️I felt there were many possibilities, so I will make it again and try different seasonings ✏️Finally , I simply steamed the eggplant and tomatoes. I made the whole tomato into a luxurious soup. This is really delicious, so I recommend it ☺️I removed the stem of the tomato and added 2 or 3 pinches of salt . I peeled the eggplant with a peeler. The peeled skin can be used for kinpira and other dishes. Eggplant has a cooling effect on the body, so I would like to actively eat it as summer approaches 🍆The eggplant is steamed, but… I steamed it for too long and it turned a ridiculous color😭 Just when you think you’re getting used to cooking, this kind of thing happens, so it’s a learning experience every day…😢 I added salt to the sesame oil and ate it. Although it was simple, I felt the deliciousness of the ingredients, thinking that this is what eggplant tastes like. Remove the skin of the steamed tomatoes . Tomatoes, like eggplants, have a cooling effect on the body, but when heated, they have the effect of promoting blood circulation . It is also highly recommended for women to eat them before their period😉 Mix olive oil and a pinch of sugar well, and if it’s not salty enough, add salt and your whole tomato soup is complete✨️I was impressed by how delicious it was with such minimal seasonings!☺️That ‘s all for this video🍅 I hope you found this recipe helpfulThank you for watching until the end🙏
