塩昆布の炊き込みご飯の作り方 | How To Make Takikomi Gohan
I’m gonna make Takikomi Gohan Ingredients are half of carrot, 2cm Daikon, 1pack Shimeji Mushroom Seasoning is Shiokombu, Sake, Soy sauce Cut vegetables into small pieces Remove the bottom part of Shimeji and take them apart Prepare 2 cups of rice and cook in a pot Wash rice and soak in the water for 30minutes and add 2cups of water Let the water boil on medium heat Once it’s boiled, add 1tbsp of Sake, 1tbsp of Soy sauce, and 2 pinches of Shiokombu, and mix Place vegetables on the top Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes on low heat Then turn off the heat, leave for 10 more minutes with the lid on 20 minutes later after putting the lid on… It’s done! Mix from the bottom , serve in a bowl and enjoy! Thanks for watching:)
