This time I will show you a recipe that can be made with fresh cream and chocolate boards. The recipe is very simple to make, but there are some key points that are important, so please enjoy it to the end. Please have a look at it. Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. I would like to make it with these two things: chocolate boards and whipped cream. This time I will use black chocolate. You can substitute milk chocolate for this chocolate. The same amount can be used for milk chocolate. And the cream used this time is animal cream with 35% milk fat. Now let’s start making it with these ingredients. First, I will chop the chocolate into small pieces. Chop the chocolate as finely as possible, because the finer you chop it, the more likely it is to melt. If you don’t want to make a cutting board or a knife dirty, you can break it into small pieces by hand. Then, chop them finely. Chop the chocolate finely like this. Now put the chocolate in a bowl. Put it in the bowl like this. If you are going to melt the chocolate by boiling water, it is recommended to melt it by boiling water because if you melt the chocolate alone in a microwave oven, it will burn easily. I use a glass bowl for easy viewing, but it would be better to use a stainless steel or aluminum bowl that conducts heat quickly. Then pour hot water of around 60 degrees into a larger bowl. If the water is too hot, the chocolate may separate while melting, so make sure the water is not too hot, but just a little hot. Put the bowl here and let the hot water slowly dissolve it. If it melts nicely and firmly like this, it is OK. Now let’s mix the cream into the chocolate. This is a little bit of whipped cream to the chocolate so that the whipped cream and chocolate can blend easily. I used 150 ml of whipped cream this time, but it’s about 1/3 of 50 ml. I put it in a separate heatproof bowl and heat it in the microwave at 600 watts for 20 seconds. Finished heating. Be careful not to heat it too much, as it may form clumps, so it is best to watch it for about 15-20 seconds. Now add half of the mixture to the melted chocolate. Slowly mix from the center. Mix slowly like this. The image of mixing from the center outward. When all is mixed, add the remaining cream. If the cream is cold at this point, the chocolate will harden and separate, so be sure to warm the cream before adding it. If the mixture is well mixed and the chocolate is glossy, it is ready. This is the leftover whipped cream. Put this in a bowl. And then whip the cream until it’s cubed. Whip the cream like this until it is cubed. Now add a scoop of whipped cream to this chocolate. And let’s mix it. The first time, you can mix it all the way around. When it’s mostly mixed, put another scoop in. If you whip the cream this softly, it will harden softly without gelatin. Add at the end. I think it would be better if you put it in roughly three times. Mix at the end. Mix evenly like this. Just enough to get a nice, clean coddle. If it becomes this firm, it’s OK. The rest is easy. The rest of this can be made by just cooling it down to a cool temperature. I would like to pour this into a mold. Now I will pour it into the mold. This time we will put it in a 100 ml cup. It’s a little bit sticky, so I’m going to put it in with a spoon. It makes three portions like this. Now I use a bamboo skewer like this to smooth the surface. I put it in like this. The surface is now flat like this. If the mousse hardens and becomes difficult to put in the bowl, try placing it in a hot water bath for a little while. This makes it softer. Wrap one by one. Now let it cool and harden in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Now going to put the topping on now. The toppings will be chocolate, whipped cream, and cocoa powder will also be used for the topping. This one is outside the quantities and does not need to be. Now whip the cream. Whip it until it’s stiff and square like this. Scrape the back of the chocolate board or something like this with a spoon. Then the chocolate is scraped off like this. The topping is now ok. It cooled and hardened like this. Now I would like to put the topping on. You can eat it as it is without any toppings if you like. First, sprinkle with cocoa powder. Then followed by whipped cream. The whipped cream is scooped with a spoon like this. Then I put it on top. The rest is placed like this. Now pour the shaved chocolate over the top. It’s done. Now I have a chocolate mousse made with 2 ingredients. It is finished like this. The inside is finished like this. It’s very thick. Now, I would like to eat. Let’s eat. It is very thick. This time I made it with only two ingredients: chocolate and whipped cream. I used black chocolate, but you can substitute milk chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. And the cream we use is 35% animal milk fat. I recommend around 35% milk fat, because if the fat content goes up to 40%, the cream will easily separate when it is not whisked into the chocolate. If you want a more refreshing whipped cream, you can use vegetable whip. And be sure to melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. There are ways to melt it in the microwave or something, but heating chocolate alone in the microwave is very easy to burn. So be sure to melt it in a hot water bath. The rest is just cooling and hardening, so it’s very easy to make. I only used black chocolate for this recipe, but I think it would be cute if you made two layers, one for black chocolate and one for milk chocolate. I put a spoonful of unsweetened whipped cream and a spoonful of chocolate on top. I also sprinkled cocoa powder on top, which is not part of the recipe. You can also enjoy it without cocoa powder.   4. 昨日作って職場の人と食べました!

    別の人の動画で、卵とチョコの2つで出来るレシピで作った時は砂糖を入れていないのに結構甘かったのですが、生クリーム+ミルクチョコの方が甘さがちょうど良かったです。

    ふわふわに出来るので材料2つで作るならこれから生クリームを使おうと思います。
    削ったチョコ入れると更に美味しいですね。
