hey just a small tip from Germany! We got this thing called "ofenkäse" (no we didn't invent it, dontcha worry france!) instead of putting it in the microwave, do a crosscut on the cheese (like you already did) and put it in the oven for 5-6 minutes. after that, open the cheese up as you did, and put it in the oven again for additonal 6-8 minutes or until the outer edges of those cheese-flaps are crispy.
It's eating Time!
But uh..iam on a Diet..damn!
