水 330cc
コンソメ 小さじ1
パスタ(1.4㎜)100g
粉チーズ 大さじ1
塩 お好みで(今回は計2つまみ)
☆仕上げに追い粉チーズと追い輪切り唐辛子
★味変で醤油
貧乏人のパスタ
目玉焼き2個を作っておく
にんにく2片と鷹の爪1本をオリーブ油大さじ1で炒め、水330cc、コンソメ小さじ1いれ沸かす
5分茹でタイプのパスタ100gを入れ中火で5分煮、オリーブ油大さじ1、粉チーズ大さじ1、塩、目玉焼き一個入れ混ぜ、粉チーズをさらにかけ目玉焼きのせ完成

パスタを茹でる時は塩という概念を覆す素晴らしいレシピだと思います
参考にしてアレンジで作りました
コンソメと味覇で茹で 味覇なので追い塩要らずです
フライパンを2つ出すのが嫌なので茹で途中の麺を寄せて 空いたスペースでスクランブルエッグ作ってから混ぜました
で粉チーズも使いましたがラストは胡椒振りました
とにかく味がよく入りますね
湯を沸かして味を決めた段階の味がそのまま麺に入る感じです

今日作ってみましたがすごく美味しかったです!
水の量は初めて作る人は400mlくらいのたっぷり目にしてもいいかもしれません。
あと辛いの苦手な人は唐辛子を抜いても美味しいと思います(我が家の唐辛子がかなり辛かったのもあるが)。
