  1. I tried this on the winter solstice because we eat pumpkins to warm our bodies on that day in Japan.

The taste is so good. I will definitely cook your curry as a staple dish. Thanks to your delicious recipes, I have come to like pumpkins I tended to avoid.

I will try cooking seasonal vegetables with your golden spice blend.

Looking forward to your magical recipes.

    Thank you again.

  2. I made this on the 31st of October. In Western countries, Halloween is celebrated. In India, Choti Diwali is celebrated this year according to the Indian lunar calendar. Lit candles are to be placed in the south direction to pay respect to the Lord Yama, God of death and please him to avoid the fear of untimely death. This custom is similar to the Celtic culture to ward off negative energy and haunting spirits said to emerge into our human world by burning fire on Halloween or Sawin, which has been skipped for some reasons in most of the Western countries. If something calls you, please give it a try.
