     出汁がら昆布:100g
     水:500㏄
     酢:大さじ2
     砂糖:30g
     山椒:20粒
     みりん:大さじ1
     酒:大さじ1
     醤油:60㏄
     胡麻:少々

    Kombu Tsukudani(100 g )
    100 g left over kombu from making dashi stock
    500 ml water
    2 tbsp vinegar
    30 g sugar
    20 Japanese pepper
    1 tbsp mirin
    1 tbsp sake
    60 ml soy sauce
    some sesame seeds

    1. Tqvm, perfect timing. I have kept the used kombu frozen with intention of making something edible. Looks very appetizing with warm rice on a rainy day🙂
