This video is a record of lunch for 4 days on weekdays when working from home. The first day is a Tunabi Bimba. First, make a fried egg. lettuce. Wash it clean. Serve thawed rice on a plate. I also eat the rest of the rice the day before. Place the fried egg on top of the rice and cut the lettuce with scissors. Put the tuna and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Gochujang. Then put soy sauce. Finally, put chopped seaweed on top and it’s done. I will also prepare the surplus strawberries. Cut it in half with a knife to make it easier to eat and put it in a bowl. Mix and then eat. It has a stable taste. Tuna Bibimbap is easy to make when you are busy, and you can also eat vegetables, so I often make it. Mackerel cans are also recommended instead of tuna. Recently, I’m watching Natsume Yujincho. Healed by a warm story and Nyanko-sensei. I eating strawberries 🍓 I really want to eat it every day, but I eat it from time to time because it is expensive. The clip flew away. I also eat finger biscuits. This is rare for commercial biscuits and does not use shortening. Watching anime while eating sweets is the best. Today’s lunch is shirasu bowl. Sprinkle dried bonito on top of the rice and put the shirasu on it. Break the egg and separate the egg whites. Place the yolk in the middle. Hide the broken egg with shirasu. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds and put 1 tablespoon of noodle soup. And sprinkle chopped seaweed at the end. Done! I will also prepare instant miso soup. Easy-to-make lunch. I’ll enjoy having this. It’s so good ~. The best shirasu bowl when you want to eat delicious food even if you cut corners. All you have to do is put the ingredients on top of the rice, but this is also proper cooking. It was good meal. Even though it is a cooking vlog, a kitchen knife and a cutting board finally appeared on the third day. Boil the buckwheat noodles. After boiling, transfer to a colander and wash with water. Put the oil in the pan and fry the pork. Salt and pepper. Carrots. Add the cabbage and Chinese cabbage left in the refrigerator and stir fry. 350 ml of water, 90 ml of mentsuyu (double concentrated). Insert the egg, cover it, wait for a while, and it’s done. Put the soba reheated in boiling water in a bowl and pour the soup. The vegetable soba is ready. The drink is decaffeinated green tea. Let’s eat. It warms my body. When it was troublesome to cook rice, I came up with this vegetable soba because I wanted to eat soba and vegetables. Stir-fried vegetables and soba are surprisingly compatible. I’m going to drink Ice Cafe au lait for the first time in a long time. After-meal snacks are shortbread. I like the simpleness of the raw materials. The butter flavor is good. The sweetness is just right. It’s crispy, so if you’re not careful, you’ll probably eat too much. It goes well with cafe au lait. For lunch on the 4th day, I will use MUJI retort curry. After boiling the broccoli, warm the curry. 2 eggs. Add 1 tablespoon of water and salt and pepper and stir. Put rice on a plate. Olive oil. Pour the egg liquid into a frying pan and mix quickly. When it’s half-cooked, turn off the heat and put the egg on top of the rice. Then put the curry on it. Sprinkle with parsley to finish. Curry omelet rice is ready. The drink is Houttuynia cordata. It looks very good ✨ Of course the taste is also great. I don’t really like dressing, so I eat broccoli with curry. The fluffy eggs and curry go great together. It’s a little too salty, but MUJI’s retort curry is of good quality. I’m glad that I can easily eat the food that looks come out in stores. It was delicious until the end. Prepare tea after meals. Manuka honey flavored green rooibos tea. The custard cream bread that I left behind because I couldn’t eat it the night before. Just having sweets in the fridge will motivate you. Colorful fruits are topped on a generous amount of custard cream. Happiness ~. The combination of moderately sweet custard cream, soft bread and sweet and sour fruits is wonderful.
