野菜を冷凍するとやはりシャキシャキ感は生より劣りますが美味しく食べられます!(^^)!

保存袋は汚れていなければ何度か使いまわし(1ヶ月ほど)
最後は臭いの気になる生ごみを入れてゴミ袋として捨てています(*´ω`*)

*赤玉ねぎのマリネ(6~7日)
*キュウリの浅漬け(3~4日)
*ツナなし無限キャベツ(3日)
*じゃが玉カレー炒め(3~4日)
*卵焼き(3~4日)

その後作ったもの

*じゃがバターwith味噌マヨ
*野菜たっぷりピリ辛味噌炒め
*家カレー

    きゅうりも立派だ、ジャガイモ・キャベツ、
    カリカリベーコンでもいけると思います、

    カレーもおいしそう!!
