今日はロールキャベツを作ってみました！

タネは、豚と鶏肉のひき肉を半々で混ぜてあります。
味付け自体はお肉の旨味と甘味をいかしたかったので、塩胡椒、お酒、出汁をベースに作りました😄

煮込みも1時間弱火でコトコト煮たので、とても柔らかく仕上がって最高に美味しかったです！

I made cabbage rolls today!

The seeds are a mixture of half minced pork and half chicken.
As for the seasoning itself, I wanted to make the most of the umami and sweetness of the meat, so I made it based on salt and pepper, sake, and dashi stock.

The stew was also simmered over low heat for an hour, so it was very soft and delicious!
