春の恵みの煮物・・フキ、ヨブスマソウ、コゴミ、根曲がり竹、ニンジン、油揚げ、シラタキで味付けはゴマ油で炒めてから３００ｃｃ前後の麺つゆと些事加減の水で煮ました。
油揚げは茹でて水洗いして絞ってます。
