Creamy mushroom pasta

    Creamy mushroom pasta:
    – 2 button mushrooms
    – rigatoni
    – parsley
    – Dried oregano
    – onions
    – minced garlic
    – heavy cream
    – knob of butter

    Par cook onions and garlic on medium heat and then add your mushrooms. Saute everything for about a minute or two and then add your heavy cream. Let it simmer in low heat and season with dried oregano, pepper, parsley and parmigiano reggiano. Add your rigatoni into the mix after the sauce has simmered to a nice silky consistency.
