      ▫️薄切り黒ごまきな粉トースト
      ▫️大根の豚ひき肉餡掛け
      ▫️白身魚と納豆の野菜スープ(カレイ、納豆、チンゲン菜、人参、ピーマン、玉ねぎ)
      ▫️バナナ＆オレンジ

      LUNCH MENU
      ▫️ Thinly sliced black sesame kinako toast
      ▫️ Radish with minced pork and bean paste
      ▫️Vegetable soup with white fish and natto (flounder, natto, qinggengcai, carrot, green bell pepper, onion)
      ▫️ Banana & orange

      今日は、りっくん初めての豚ひき肉に挑戦❣️
      豚ひき肉餡は赤身90%以上のものを煮込んで片栗粉でとろみをつけて作りました😊
      これで、鶏肉、牛肉に続き、豚肉もクリアです☺️

      Today was Rikkun's first time trying ground pork❣️
      Minced pork bean paste was made by simmering 90%+ lean meat and thickening it with potato starch😊
      He is able to eat pork after chicken and beef ☺️
