豆腐スクランブルエッグを作ってみた!

    Hello! This is KanaGori an environmental YouTuber. Today I’m going to make tofu scrambled eggs! A couple weeks ago, I learned about tofu scramble. When I talked to a friend who lives in the United States, and I said, "I’ve been eating a plant-based diet lately." Then, my friend asked me "Do you know tofu scramble? it’s delicious! ” I didn’t know that there is such a thing! Well, I know some people might think why you don’t just eat eggs! I don’t eat much eggs now (it doesn’t mean I don’t eat them at all) I started by not eating meat, and now I don’t buy eggs and milk myself. (I’m not drinking milk ) I try not to eat animal products as much as possible. So anyway, I just make scrambled eggs without using eggs. It looks like this, so please take a look with me. It doesn’t look like tofu! This is the recipe I use today.. I don’t think I can make like this fancy today but I’m going to look at this recipe and cook it! (*I’ll put the link in the description!) Let’s go to the kitchen! (Let’s Gori!) Yes! So I moved to the kitchen. As I said earlier, I don’t make it according to the recipe. (Because I’m not good at it) I would like to use the recipe as a reference. Dancing time~ Cooking is fun! (I haven’t made nothing yet tho) Anyway, Let’s get started! Today, I don’t have kale or paprika, so I use tomato and onion that I had at home. Prepare this by cutting it into small dice. I couldn’t take the scene that I was cutting. Please cut it like this. Sorry. Make the sauce! The seasonings I use today are garlic powder, turmeric and chili powder! First, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. What amount is it? 1/4 ?? I’m not sure how much. I just put in. Is it okay this amount? Let’s add a little more. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (same amount as chili powder) This is necessary for coloring. It smells like a curry shop. It says 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon cumin, but I don’t have it today so I can’t put it in. It looks like this! Personally… I think it’s better to mix tofu now, so ( Wait… where is the recipe?) Add a little drained tofu. It’s still watery. Wow! I’m sorry for the tofu … What should I do.. Ok, I will put it in as it is! It’s gonna be alright! (Are you sure?) Crush the tofu. It’s turned yellow! I know KanaGori kitchen is not really helpful for you. Not according to the recipe but I will make delicious food! It’s still watery. …. There was accident so I am retaking this scene. Today, I will use olive oil. Fry only the onions first. I want to keep the tomatoes fresh, so I’ll add them later. When it’s cooked, move it to the edge of the pan. Then put the tofu in the empty space. Now, stir the tofu until all the excess water is gone It looks like an egg already. I can’t follow the recipe. This is home cooking. I think the person’s favorite taste is the right answer. As long as you can eat it deliciously! But when I look at the recipe, what seasonings do they use? Or how much do they use it? I think this is the point. Yes. OK! Water has gone nicely, so combine with the onions. ( At this moment I didn’t realize that I forgot something..) OMG, I forgot one thing!!! Soy milk (plant-based milk) Add an appropriate amount of this. I completely forgot. I’m shock. It may be creamier if I put it in! It looks better before I put milk.. Maybe I put too much soy milk… I wanted to keep the tomatoes fresh though. Dish up! I crushed the tofu too much. Add tomatoes here! I had baguette and I don’t have parsley, so I put basil flakes on it. It looks ok! Now it’s done! Many accidents happened today. Taking a video is difficult. I think I gain experience points today. I never thought I couldn’t press the record button. Look at this! I will eat it. I will eat it as it is. Itadakimasu. !! …..Delicious! Let’s eat with a bread. This is soooo good. I used only turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and soy milk. It might nice to have black pepper here! I don’t really remember a scrambled egg taste. I haven’t eaten it lately. I thought it would taste more like curry. Nothing like curry taste. I want you to try it! At the very end, sprinkling tomatoes was a good idea! The texture of tomatoes is good. Of course, it doesn’t taste like eggs. However, the soybean flavor is not strong. So it’s easy to eat. Ah! This tofu didn’t drain. (Because it’s ”take 2”) You can use it without draining! (*Japanese tofu is watery) I recommend using firm tofu. It’s going to be more chunky tofu. I like this one thought, It has a texture like fluffy scrambled eggs. The texture is soft and delicious. I think some people might think that I only say delicious every time. But it’s really delicious! I love this! Does scrambled eggs need to be eggs? As a matter of course, there is a recipe for scrambled eggs, and I used to make it with eggs, but I think there is another dish that can be done without eggs. Like this scrambled egg. Surprisingly, if we think outside of the box, there are many things we can use alternatively. Tofu also have protein. I will make this again. It was very easy. Once you have all the seasonings, you can easily cook! I think you should be careful not to add too much spice. I mean, there is a recipe, so if you look at it, you don’t have to worry about anything. It will be delicious anyway. Lol I think people who are not good at seeing recipes will not fail if you add seasoning little by little! I didn’t use soy meat this time.     今回の動画は、最近知った『豆腐スクランブル』を作ります。

    卵を使わないスクランブルエッグ!
    そんなのあるんだ!!と思い、初めて作ってみました。

    概念を変えてみると、これって当たり前に使っていたけど
    当たり前に身近にあるけれど・・・よく考えると、
    コレである必要ってあるのかな?って
    最近、思うことがあります。

    その1つの料理が、この豆腐を使ったスクランブルエッグでした。
