京都行った時お姉さんがガラス張りの店で忙しく焼いてテイクアウトでお客様が次々買って居ました❗

for a long time i'm mesmerized by tamagoyaki; but i remember finding a japanese home cook book years ago and made tamagoyaki from it. attempted it, and realise i didn't enjoy the taste of it. it is so sweet. and maybe that has been how japanese enjoy their traditional dish. but i definitely couldn't enjoy it. neither could my family. i was thoroughly disappointed. still love the fluffy texture, just not the taste.
