出汁あんかけ、美味しそうですね。ところで、ミツカンの三ツ判山吹という酢はご存じでしょうか？１年寝かした酒粕から造る酢で、深い飴色しています。旨味が強い酢です。オススメなので是非ともお試し下さいませ。Amazonでも取り扱いあります。
